Myself and my son were totally supported by the team throughout his stay (3 months) at the centre. He has been clean for over 8 months now and is doing well, I am very proud of him. They phoned me last week to catch up on how we are both doing, which meant a lot to us.Thank you to everyone here for giving me my son back!

Received a settlement offer in the mail. Called the company and was hung up on by 3 different representatives who specifically told me that the letter I received is marketing purposes only with false information. This is the worst customer service in the world who lies about helping people. One customer Rep named Tony said its a free country and he can do what he wants at his works and hung up.

If I could give no stars at this point, I would. At this point I would say AVOID using Jaron K Rentchers services as he either doesnt have an office staff or they seem to be going out of business. They have received their money and dont seem interested in providing services that were paid for a LONG time ago. When I started my Chapter 13, 4 years ago, they were great their office staff would help with anything they could. Always quick to return calls. About a year ago I noticed they stopped sending me information. My case was closed by the Trustee and I have had to call over 20 times and email about the same to get ANY sort of a response. Took 6 weeks to send me something that Meri claimed was sent to my email and I gave her both a personal and work email that I know works just fine.

They have been horrible to me. I paid them for the bankruptcy over 2 years ago and they keep saying theyll get my paperwork to me and its in the mail but they never filed my bankruptcy. They dont answer their phones or emails. I have tried contacting them countless times and still nothing. It seems like they are always going through new ownership, so it seems a little fishy. I am trying to get my money back from them since they never did their job.

Scam, robot calls you and offers to lower your interest rate. classic stuff.
