Deweys rocks they have treated me great had me out fast and did an excellent job for me even when the courts in st george messed up and reissued a warrant Deweys still had my bond as active and helped st George distroct understand that they were wrong in issuing another warrant and that I in fact have an active bind in place !!! If I could give half of a star, I would. I called in the morning and was told I needed to take care of the cash only case for $871.00 before they could do anything, which makes sense, that is fine. So, I come up with $871.00 to pay to the jail, which is a good chunk of money, and give Deweys a call back. I tell them I have the cash only portion taken care of, and the remaining bail amount needed is $1,500.00. The next day was going to be my birthday so I really wanted to get him out so we dont miss out on our plans. The only reason he got taken into jail is because an officer came to our home, told me he just needed my bf to sign a promise to appear for a misdemeanor and he would not take him to jail. I told him I would have my bf call immediately when he got home, the officer gave me a little card (that even says on it that they wont take you to jail if you contact them) and then he left. About 30 mins later my bf gets home, calls the officer first thing, the officer says he is going to come back to have him sign the promise to appear but that he wont take him to jail, he just needs to make sure he gets to court. He gets to our house and BAM! handcuffs my bf. Anywho getting back to Deweys, I explain all of this to the man I am speaking with on the phone, promise him that I will drive my bf to court myself if he will just let me put down $400-500 today, instead of exactly half of the $1,500.00 bail amount (which is $750.00), since that is about all I would have left after paying the jail $871.00. I told him I would be willing to make $400-500 payments until the remaining balance is paid if he could just work with me on the down payment to get him out that day. Guy was a total jackass, laughed at me and said he would go down to $749.00. I honestly cannot believe they were unwilling to work with me on the down payment, its not like I was asking to pay them nothing at all. I have never written a review before, but I was so upset I decided I had to for these guys. Thanks a lot, wont be recommending this company to anyone!!
