Multiple issues after repair, poor quality control:I brought my car in for repair and later discovered the drivers side door locks not working (same side some work done), brought it back and they forgot to clip something in and repaired it.Few weeks later as Im opening my drivers side door handle it comes loose and almost off. I cannot open that door but have to enter from the passenger side, very inconvenient ! At that time I was out of state and called Mark Miller. They said to bring in again but as not in state couldnt but told me to call State Farm. Not even an apology, I wrote a couple reviews to them as well but only thing I heard was emails thinking I wanted to buy a new Subaru instead of the mechanical issues, which makes me think they dont even read evaluations but just send a form letter.Unfortunately poor quality control and no follow up from them.

I had used Mark Miller over 10 years ago and I got the same great service this time around. They work well with my State Farm insurance, no fuss, and Ralph was awesome keeping me in n the loop. So happy to have my truck back! Not all shops are created equally.

Dropping off my car at 8 am, was quite normal. I was given a total and a time that my car would be done and they called an Uber for me. Later I got a call that they would need to do my brakes. I was given another total, which I asked would that be out the door, and I was told yes. When I got there at 530 pm, i waited till 6 because they didnt have enough help. When they finally went to check me out, my car was not only not done, but it was over the amount I was quoted. Turns out they had to turn my back rotors, and yes it was needed, but they never mentioned this charge. Im upset because I was not prepared for that total and the work had already been done. I have learned my lesson, taking it to MM Midtown and despite it being inconvenient to my home and work, will go back to taking it to MM Southtown.

The repair looks great. However, several items were taken from my vehicle. I called to report the theft and the manager said he would remind his guys to lock the cars on the fully public accessible lot. Again the repair is great, but unfortunately I would rather go somewhere else in hopes that the other shop is more trustworthy and respectful of the owner’s vehicle.

Update 2020:Another back into something accident (better not let my husband drive anymore🤔)!Again, excellent customer service, very detailed and concise, great communication and fair pricing. Even super clean office/waiting area with COVID PPE offerings.Call for appointment to get an estimate!2017:We(my husband) backed into & side swiped a yellow post with our Mercedes, took it into the local dealer for an estimate, then took it to Mark Miller Collision Center and they saved us thousands of dollars! Literally one third of the Mercedes estimate. Great people to work with!

Im in my early 40s and yes I know I look young 😁 but back to the subject. My point is Ive been driving since I was 17 and had repairs done on my car at many locations and states. Mark Miller Collision was by far the most professional, kind, friendly, fast, and the body work repair was great. It was a breath of fresh air, unbelievable service.

Like Mark Miller Subaru, Mark Miller Collision is a provider of excellence in workmanship and customer service. Getting the initial estimate was quick and easy. They also took the time when they did the estimate to make sure the hood latch was functional on my Subaru so I could still drive the car safely until it was repaired!! So grateful, as they did not have to do that! Feeling cared about by a collision repair center? Yes!They worked with the insurance company and got my car set up for the repair. I liked that everyone there said hello and let you know someone would be right with you. Even, outside the office...I was lost in the back parking lot and an employee noticed. Stopped whatever he was doing and walked over to help me. That was very cool. I know they can be busy and working on completing a task or getting on to the next thing, so I appreciate that they make the effort to connect with people. Many thanks to them for their help, excellent repair work and customer service.

Ugh. They have some serious communication issues that ended up costing me $112 for a rental car and missing work.They INSISTED that someone called and left me a message when my car was ready. My phone doesnt have a voicemail, so that is literally impossible. I asked them if I could come pick up my car on Saturday and they said yes (No mentioning anything about their hours being different on this day). I turned in my rental car and Enterprise dropped me off at Mark Miller Subaru. I got there at 12:30pm on Saturday and the collision center was apparently close. No one in the entire building could access my car. So I had no vehicle. No way to get to work the next day. No way to transport my child or me. Luckily, the service department got me a rental car for a couple days and I was able to pick up my car Monday morning.I got to the Collision Center on Monday and their phones and computers were down. So I had no way to pay for the service done on my car. It was $61 and some change. I told them.. I either have $61 or I have $70. Thankfully, they took the $61 and just let me go. Oh, and since I had to go on a Monday... I was 2 hours late to work.

Awesome work, finished my vehicle 2 1/2 weeks ahead of schedule. If you own a Subaru and are going through the other guys insurance, insist only on Mark Miller!Had to go back twice more due to other peoples mistakes. Both times, car was in quicker than quoted, and was finished faster than what was said. Amazing service and awesome people. I just hope I dont have to return in the near future. :)

I called them to schedule an appraisal and they said since the insurance company had already done an appraisal they would not do one or tell me how much it would cost me until AFTER they had taken apart the vehicle and started repairs. WHAT??? Refusing to tell me how much repairs will cost until its too late?? Thats a terrible trap and I hope no one falls for it because Im sure you would regret it. So manipulative. You know their prices would be higher than anywhere else in the valley for sure.

Kurt Moyer was great to work with in leasing a 2014 Subaru Forester Premium 6MT. When I first visited Mark Miller, I was in the process of selling another vehicle and not ready to buy yet. Knowing this, Kurt took the time to look at several options and answer all my questions. There was never any pressure to do a deal that day. Two weeks later after selling my other vehicle, I now needed a car as soon as possible. Unfortunately the model I was waiting for wasnt going to be available for several more days. I really did not want to pay for a rental car until the new car arrived. Kurt made arrangements to have the same model and color Forester transferred from another dealer. Once the car arrived he took the time to go over the owners manual, demonstrate the cars controls, pair my cell phone with the cars blue tooth and answer any and all questions I had. I also appreciated Carlos helping answer my questions one day during this process on Kurts day off. The gentlemen working on the paper work were also friendly and efficient. Service answered questions about maintenance. I always had the feeling the Mark Miller team was working to deliver what I needed rather than just trying to make a sale. And they did all this in a friendly way with no pressure or hype. I wish all sales people I deal with were this professional. By the way, I love the Forester.

We needed the bumper replaced & repaired on our older model vehicle, and they got the job done beautifully for $200 less than the quoted price (they found the piece for cheaper than they thought they could). Easy to work with and generally communicated well about any changes to the quote.The only downside is that we asked for a side-stripping to be put back on, but only if for under $20 to match another companys quote. They did it, charged $30, and it fell off the next day. They reimbursed us and we got it put back on elsewhere.Overall, good body & paint repair!

These guys were so incredible. My insurance company was so confusing and kept denying different parts of my claim. My insurance company kept failing to keep me up to date with what was going on. Mark Miller Collision Center actually informed me of what was going on with MY insurance way before MY insurance provided any information. Plus, my truck looks great.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE GUYS!!! I have a Legacy Spec B. Its my baby. My dream car. Thank to the moron Dan McCay that did away with safety inspections I had a truck with no park gear or E-Brake smash into my car. I was so nervous. I was worried my baby would never be the same again. NOPE!! Im not sure how, but she looks even better than she did. Kelly is a boss. Gotta show him some love too. Not only did they do an amazing job but he got my car back to me 5 days sooner than estimated. Thank you soooooo much Kelly. You made me one super happy customer

I shopped around at several dealerships and had the best experience with Mark Miller. The staff answered many questions via email (as I do not live very close to a dealer I internet shopped a lot.I drove 3 1/2 hours to go to Mark Miller Because of the email correspondence. The staff was very friendly & helpful when I arrived. Also Kurt was very patient with my questions (I had an unpleasant experience last time I purchased from a Dealer, so I really asked a lot of questions. They did not try to sell me more than I wanted. I felt that they are concerned with good customer relations & not just out for the profit by making a customer happy that customer will return & refer others, So that they will, in the long run, make more profit by keeping customers. Kurt was very thorough with going through all the paperwork, as was the finance person. They were able to price match a lower quote from another dealer. As a nice perk, they offered complimentary food & beverages, (not junk food) which was great after the drive & since I was there for 4 hours total to complete everything needed.

I took my car in to get work done after I got rear-ended. I was working with the insurance company, but I wanted to get an independent estimate from what the insurance company said. When I called to get this done, they made it seem like a bad idea and were not too friendly when I first took the car in. This is the reason for the missing star. That being said, they were very knowledgeable and on-top of everything that needed to be done and got back to me about my car in a timely manner. Overall a good facility.

My family desperately needed to replace our 13 year old SUV. I worked with Lance in Lewis in the sales department to find a car that fit our families lifestyle and budget. They allowed us to test drive a used Tribeca, two used Outbacks, and then finally the car we fell in love with, a Volvo V50 T5 Wagon. We are Subaru owners, so we expected to be purchasing another Subaru, but it just so happened the Volvo was an exceptional deal and really fun to drive. Lance and Lewis teamed up and were available to answer our questions from 9:45am to 10:30pm on their cell phones. They went way above and beyond to get us a deal on the car, and the best deal possible on the financing. This all took some time, and a lot of work. We were always treated with respect, despite having credit issues.This is the third car we have purchased from Mark Miller Subaru Midtown and I would never want to deal with any other car sales people. We have purchased from Josh, Doug, and now Lewis and Lance. Everyone has been a dream to deal with. Kenny in service currently has my 2011 Outback, as its having some very tricky issue to diagnose, and he has given me a complimentary 2013 Legacy rental until he figures out the exact problem on my car. I feel like they really care about their customers in sales, and service, and understand how frustrating all sorts of car issues can be, from mechanical problems, to the need for a new car. All around I give everyone at the dealership an A+!

Go to JPs collision center. Dont trust these guys. Hit a pole a month ago, and my insurance wouldnt cover it. Came in and Miller quoted me at close to $2,400. Thought it seemed a bit high, so I took it down to JPs. Quoted me at $1600. A hundred or two price difference, understandable. $800 over? Yeah right. These guys arent trustworthy. JP also got me in that day and had the work done within three days.

I did a lot of research online and scheduled a test drive through the internet tool. Mark Millers internet team reached back and confirmed. I appreciated the professionalism. I fell in love with my new 2013 Outback on my test drive. At the conclusion, I was really pleased that there was no pressure to buy right away. I was able to comfortably consider my information and made a decision the next day. I contacted Lee and set-up another appointment to make my purchase. I went in to get an estimate on my car repair. They said it would cost over $1000 and my whole front bumper would need to be replaced. I then went to a small repair shop and they said that was ridiculous. The bumper didnt need to be replaced and the repair only cost $300. I was worried that the dealership would try to take advantage of me and unfortunately, I was right.

Lance, Carlose and the boyz are friendly enough. Lance got us a great price for our new car. However the value of our trade in was off by 1200$! So that said perhaps the price for the new car was not so good. So yes I would go back but we now have serious trust issues.
