US Translation Company is amazing!I had about ten items that I needed translated for a university application which they accomplished in about four business days. Very quick in my opinion. The way in which is was translated was great too. They take the original document, translate it, email you a copy to verify, and then send it to you. This is great because it gives you a chance to review it, and request changes if necessary before they send you a final copy with a notarized letter of certification.The pricing was more than reasonable and their customer service is first-rate. My customer service agent, Claudia, was kind, courteous, and very accommodating. She responded to emails promptly and made sure that my documents would arrive to my home quickly.If I ever needed translation services in the future, it would only be through them.

I have been serving as a judge at BYUs Business Case Language Competition for a few years now. U.S. Translation Company screwed up again this year when translating the business case to Simplified Chinese. A key term shake therapy was translated to 振荡治疗 meaning oscillation or shock treatment which was completely out of context. Shake therapy actually is referred to milk shake therapy or 奶昔疗法 in Chinese. This is not the first time their translation is way off. You be the judge of the quality of their translation.

I specifically asked for a translated document along with currency conversion, I was very specific about the currency conversion and they say they could do it without a problem, and never did with the excuse it was not considered translation. I find it very convenient for them to charge me before telling me they could not do exactly what I asked for.

Based on my experience, I strongly recommand US Translation Company if you have a need on translation and/or certification service. Im very happy working with Claudia. To get my certified document earlier, I sent a copy of my original document with low quality(the only one available at that time). I was told the service can be initiated. Then I re-sent higher quality copy. After the service is almost done, I got chance to double check if there is any error. They are very patient to communicate with me. Even if they made a final edition, they are still happy to update some words following my concerns. Withint 2 days, every thing is done, and they mail them out. Very quick service with high professional quality!!!
