We are very impressed with our repair done by Will! He was on time, professional, and even cleaned up better than the area was before he came. We anticipated our oven repair to be a lot harder.. but it was done within a week and done really well! We will be using Complete Appliance in the future with our other appliances!! Thank you!

The service appt was in less than 12 hrs they were on time called as they said they would and the technician was friendly cleaned everything even asked if we’d like him to mop the area after the service the dryer we had repaired seems to be running well and although it did cost a bit the quality of service made that worth it Thank you so much I highly recommend these guys!

Women beware!!!!!I had Will come and fix my washer .. it was an easy pump replacement he charged $130 for the pump which I can buy at Reliable In Salt Lake for $65 retail. Then charged me $300 for less than an hour . A simple repair. I asked him about the price that it seemed high and unreasonable. He just shrugged . He made a remark about me not living in my mansion on the hill . I do not recommend this company at all . I called to talk further with Will about this issue and he has not called back . I don’t believe he will . The bill is not itemized at all . Not a good company . This is why repairman have such a bad reputation and it is so hard to find an honest one .

I am extremely pleased with this companys promptness and outstanding service. The service man was very polite and clean cut. He assessed the problem quickly and got it fixed in a timely manner. He even offered to sweep and mop the room after he was done even though there was no mess! The pricing was reasonable and they are way more reliable than any other appliance company out there!

I was very impressed with the attention to detail and knowledge and safety that Will applied to the repairs that he made for me today. He came out to repair my stove and my dishwasher and he left my kitchen cleaner then when he arrived. The stuff that was under the dishwasher was scary, and when he asked for towels to wipe up the water he cleaned the entire underside floor area of the dishwasher while he was at it.. Complete Appliance was great to work with - from the receptionist that answered my calls all the way to the technician that came to my home.I was in a bind with a house full of boys and no dryer (yikes!) My freezer quit making ice so i called and they sent Will down to repair it the same day. This company is fast and they come when they say they will come. I appreciate the way their repairman are very respectful of how they leave the area they have been working on. Last week my washer quit and they sent Kevin down to to put a new computer panel in. Had an emergency repair for a refrigerator this week. Not only were they able to get me in within 24 hours of calling, but the gentleman who fixed my fridge, Will Jordan, did a great job. These guys were good. Our washer was full of nails and required a lot of attention. They were quick with the repairs and very professional. It was a little bit expensive, but considering what they did I cannot complain. Would recommend.

Less than one star...Worst service ever. True to the other reviews, the receptionist does not have any customer service skills and does not care.I have tried to call them for 4 days. No answer. I have a part on order. She was bothered that I wanted to know the cost of the part that needed to be ordered. I never got that... And, I now I still have a broken appliance and I spend about 140$ on just their service call.Dont use this company.

The repair technician that came out to take a look at my appliance was on time, polite, and very knowledgeable in answering my questions regarding the short and long term health of my unit -- I informed him that budget was a factor but quality service was the primary concern.He quickly and efficiently identified the problem, and gave me a few options for budget-conscious problem-resolution. My oven started burning everything I cooked. I called Complete Appliance Heating & Repair. They came out that same day. Will was our service guy and he was very knowledgeable shared that knowledge. He assessed the problem and fixed it. I am very appreciative of this company for their quick response.

I had a new pump installed on my Maytag washer which was guaranteed for 12 months. However, a few months later, it started giving me grief so I called Complete Appliance Repair (As they installed it originally) to tell them of the issues I was having. I called them on a Saturday afternoon and Kevin was here first thing on Monday morning! He spent quality time working on my machine and talked with me and even gave me recommendations. Awesome experience and service while having a new washer installed. They hauled the old one off. Managed to handle a difficult stairway and then explained the new technologies of the washer. Receptionist was unbelievably rude this afternoon when I called to to ask first thing out or her mouth we wont work on that, its industrial I was explaining it is not it is a standard freezer but has been cut in front to add window that it is just not staying cold anymore, FYI window has been there for years now.. I said never mind went else where Quality Appliance Services LADY was great on phone said they will come look and see what they think.

We had a major washing machine repair. The company came right out and fixed the machine promptly. I felt comfortable with the serviceman in my home. Very competent

I love that they are open at very convenient hours and that they guarantee their work with a 1 yr warranty.The repair guy came to our house and looked at the fridge. He said he had to look up a part and would get back the next day to us and left. We hadnt heard back for several days, and called them back a few times. The part, I guess, was hard to find, but then they gave us a quote and came back a couple days later as soon as the part came in. So, overall it took 8 days to have a working fridge again. The technician seemed good and the fix didnt take too long. Im just disappointed by the lack of communication or concern that we were having to go so long without an operating refrigerator. Would we use them again..? Maybe. Particularly because I can call them at convenient hours.

Do not use this company.After calling to schedule a repair, I was told the window would be from 2-4. I was called at 3:45 to told the repairman was on his way and would be there by 4:15. At 4:30 I called to check in and was told there was traffic on I-15. At 6:00, he was still not here. I tried calling them to get an explanation but no one answered. The repairman never showed up and I was never informed.They showed absolutely zero respect for my time as I had to take the day off from work.I would recommend you hire someone else as they are unprofessional in how they handle their customers and conduct themselves. I will never be using their services again.

Jennifer had some knowledge regarding possible things that could go wrong with a refrigerator based on its age of service. She was able to give me a range of potential repair costs. It was sufficient to make an informed decision regarding whether or not to proceed with a service call. No other company I called could do this. Will and his assistant showed up within the time range promised. Will diagnosed the problem quickly. It was an expensive repair and I was not sure if I would proceed. I assumed that Will would give me the hard sell that I had to repair then or the company would charge me another service fee. When I asked, there was no pressure, Will said the company would give me two weeks to decide. I decided to proceed. I was impressed with Wills competency in making the repair and his effort in going the extra mile and his kindness in mentoring his assistant. He cleaned up the area and noticed that the copper line for the ice maker was looking fragile. He offered to connect the steel hose directly to the water source at no charge. I really appreciated his integrity in noticing this potential problem and being willing to fix it. It had broke before due to a lower quality hose causing water damage downstairs. Great service! Called Saturday morning to have someone look at my driver, a technician came at 6:30 Saturday night. Clean, efficient, friendly and had my dryer working in an hour. I will refer them to anyone needing appliance repair!

Unfortunately I cant give them a good review. My husband had a tech come out to look at our washer and we were told it was a broken drain pump and it was going to cost $500 to fix (we bought both the washer/dryer from friends for $500) come to find out the part cost $50.45 and it took a neighbor less than 30 minute to repair. We feel ripped off spending the $90 to have someone come out and diagnose the issue.

Will is an honest, hard-working professional who goes over the top to deliver what his customers want. He is skilled and knowledgeable and wont quit until the work is complete and correct and the customer is happy.

We came home from a 10-day trip to discover our refrigerator had gone out and all of the food in the fridge and freezer was moldy and hideously stinky. I have a 25+ year old GE dryer that took a nose dive over the weekend. I called these folks and had Matt come out the next day to get it fixed. The dryer put up a good fight, but Matt prevailed and won out after a long and arduous series of bouts. My dryer is as good as new and I will use Complete Appliance Repair for any of my future appliance malfunction needs. Worst company technician came out and said I needed a new part that is only 53.00 and said it would cost me 298.00 to fix my fridge. I looked at my fridge and saw that there was a piece of ice blocking the fan so it wouldnt move to I melted it and hooked everything back up and its fixed. I now wonder if he even looked at the fridge in the first place

Ive called Will at Complete Appliance Repair for several different appliance problems and have always received fast, friendly, professional work from him—above and beyond anyone else Ive used. I dont often write reviews, but his consistent great work deserves recognition. Last week my refrigerator started leaking. I called Will again and he was great to accommodate my busy schedule and had the repair done in under 30 mins. What most impresses me is that Will always cleans up any messes he finds while doing the repairs and teaches me how to prevent further problems too. So the electric stove in my new apartment definitely got that something has died in here just to spite you smell so I started calling around for quotes and most were in the $200 plus range until I called here. Not only was the woman who answered the phone polite and nice, she told me all the possibilities it could be not just dead mice and how to fix them on my own. She even told me how to open up the stove myself and take a look. Any other place would have charged me and it could have been the new paint behind the stove causing the problem all along. Im a do it yourself-er type except when I know nothing of what Im trying to fix and now I feel a lot more confident doing it myself after speaking with her. If the problem persists, I will be calling back for sure because I know they wont try and cheat me into paying for things that dont need to be paid for. Good honest people are hard to come by now a days but these guys seem to be.

RIPOFF! Estimate to fix a simple problem more than DOUBLE the going rate, would not break down cost of parts and labor. They wanted $350 to replace a switch. I fixed it myself in 10 minutes and $90 for the part.

Worst experience ever. our fridge broke and we called this company because they had one of the higher ratings on here. The repair man Brian came Friday. Said he needed to get the part so it wouldnt be until Saturday he could fix it. After installing the part Brian said it looks like your compressor is bad and low freon. Why wouldnt you diagnose everything the first time We paid you to come? After us telling Brian we have no interest putting that much $ into the fridge, He offered to sell one of their no name brand ones to use. When telling us the pricess I went online to find out he was giving me prices $4-500 higher than I could buy for. We went to bestbuy to buy a fridge. Before going, we asked Brian what he would charge to install the fridge and take ours away. He said $175 total. He also said he would pick up our new fridge and bring it back. When that lie didnt happen we decided to go get it ourselves. After getting it we called him and asked if we could have a discount for getting it ourselves he said No because we usually dont get fridges So, Why did he say he would earlier? Another lie. After helping him install the fridge and move out the old one myself, he hit me with a price of $293.88 I asked what about the $175 he told me? He said well diagnostic from your old fridge (which the receptionist said if they did anything else it would be waived) and to take our old fridge was like $45 and other fees.+++ we were so frustrated at that point because Brian couldnt stick to his own time frames he gave us when coming back we just wanted him out. After paying hundreds of dollars higher than we agreed to with the repair man. The following morning he called my phone and my wifes phone combined 12 times at 7 AM SUNDAY. Reason for it? He left is $10 pocket knife at our house and needed it. Really? On Sunday? where it says your closed??? This was such a terrible experience and we felt we needed for others to know. We HIGHLY advise yo go somewhere else for any repairs. If we could give a negative star we would. We arent the type to even write reviews but this had to be told so someone else doesnt have to go through this awful experience.

I talked to their parts dealer. I provided fridge model and the part I needed. The part came to $37.08 and shipping was $9.95.. Even after calculating the VERY high tax I was charged by this company, a tax of $25.77 for the job, I was still charged almost $340 for under 1 hour of labor!!!After I was charged $401 for a repair,I logged on to write my own 1 star review (read below) I read some reviews that this company grossly inflate labor costs. I called the office and asked for a break down of the cost of parts, shipping, and labor.The receptionist said that she does not have that info, and I would have to talk to the tech. When I talked to the tech, I asked the same clear and to the point question. I was told I am not in the business of teaching people how to do repairs, I am in the business to make the repairs. I advised that Im not asking him to teach me how to fix my fridge, I am asking him to break down my bill, so I know how it came to be $401. I was then told. you have to go to business school for you (meaning me, the customer) to get that information.The only thing he would tell me is that they mark up their prices to cover their electric bill, gas bill ect. I asked how much the mark up is, and I was told, that is proprietor information.The repair was made. However, it tool 3 weeks, with a complete lack of communication.I was told that the part that needed to be replaced in my fridge would take about 3 days to get. 1 week later, I had not heard anything. At 2 weeks I still had not heard anything. I called and was told the part was in transit, and should be at their shop in a day or so. 3 days before ending week 3, I called and left a message that I wold like an update. I provided my phone number (for call or text) and my Email address. I did not get any response back. I called back the next day, and was told that they found the tracking number for shipping, and it would be delivered in another day or so. Again, The job was completed, but a complete lack of communication, as well as taking 3 weeks to complete the job. --(Same day update to this review, after reading other reviews.) The Part that was replaced was a damper assembly, that allows cold air from the freezer into the fridge, to keep the fridge side cold. The cost for this job was $401. I wish I would have read this companies reviews on pricing, before I hired them to do the job. From what I have read, cost of labor is grossly inflated!

SHAME ON COMPLETE APPLIANCE REPAIR. I had them come look at my Asko dishwasher. The diagnostic fee was $90. The technician diagnosed a bad water valve that needed to be replaced. The charge would be $400. I asked him to give me the break-down, ie how much was the part and how much was the labor. He would not do it, despite my pressing the issue. I called the office and they would not tell me. The said the part had to be shipped from Europe. I finally called the Asko 800 number and found the part was $73 and shipping (from Illinois, btw) $13. I eventually consulted Angies list and found American Appliance who confirmed the price of the part, and shipping and quoted me on labor. They completed the job in a timely and transparent manner. The entire job cost $187. Even with the $90 I wasted on COMPLET APPLIANCE, I came out better off than paying their inflated, dishonest charge.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The receptionist, like others have all said, is rude, does not return calls and does not keep her word. Avoid this company!

Ive called (only get an answering machine-during their business hours) & have heard no response. This is getting ridiculous, very unprofessional. Called to get information on commercial oven repair, which their website says they do, and the lady that answered the phone was one of the rudest receptionist that Ive ever talked to. She insisted that their website doesnt say that they do commercial repair and I said well your website says you do, and she says WELL WE DONT in the witchiest voice she could and hangs up on me. Ill make sure to spread the word about how rude you guys are. Update your website and dont speak to customers that way!

Not trustworthy.I scheduled apt for freezer service. They said they would be here between 9-10. I called at 9:45 as I didnt get the courtesy on our way call. Receptionist said he was getting gas and would be there in 15 min.30 min later, still no repair person. I called again. She called him and he was at I-80 and state st, which is 20 min away. He was going to call me, but didnt.I tried calling main number back and they didnt answer phone.By noon, nobody had shown up.Id hire someone else, if I were you. Complete disrespect of my time. I stayed home from work for this service call.
