Nice building nice culture and people

Just started employment here, they are quite impressive. They have coffee trucks, food trucks daily, mobile massage, chiropractor, dentists, a fruit truck. Unlimited coffee and soda in the lunch area. A slide, yes i said a slide...who else can say...instead of the elevator, I took the slide...! Super excited and motivated.

Ive worked at Clearlink for more than five years and Ive loved it. I worked in the call center for four years and then, through some job shadowing and their summer internship program I got a web design job in the marketing department. It is not uncommon for a college job to turn into a career at Clearlink. There are always opportunities for growth. On the sales side, Clearlink is the coolest call center on the planet. The people are great, the culture is fun, and theres always big incentives to motivate you. On the marketing side, Clearlink is evolving and maturing. Its exciting to be part of a growing company where the sky is the limit.

Solid place to work! Changes constantly, but for the better, overall. They offer free health care after the first year, $0.25 raises every 3 months, and you get a check every week. I didnt think of myself as a sales agent, but picked up on it real quick thanks to their thorough training. Never going back to customer service.

I worked here just shy of 2 years. The growth and family that came with this place is incredible. When I let my managers and coworkers know I was leaving they were all incredibly happy/proud/supportive. I would and do recommend this place to everyone.

I dont recommend this company. There all about there top sellers. If your not a top seller you dont matter. The pay was horrible I worked the for a month and made $4,000 in commission I HAVENT SEEN a penny of it! Meaning I was only making 10/hr that was only 300$ every week that didnt pay my bills. They claim how good there commission structure is but when.all really it is, is them keeping the money you make on the phones. It is 10/hr plus commission but if you dont make commission its 12/hr I made commission. Every day meaning I was only getting paid 10 an hour because of my commission too. But now ever since.I.started.earning commission from day 1 I have seen ANY of it. All new hires they want them to work the night shift I asked for mornings but they refused. 9 hours a day for $300 a week is NOT worth it

Great place to work great people to work with... but your commissions will ALWAYS BE SHORT. Only 2 or 3 people per floor actually see there commissions. Deck is stacked against the rest.

Nothing right or fair about this place. Management sucks. Incentives suck. Commission sucks. They dont care about their employees. They favor their top reps. Been there over 3 years and this place is definitely going downhill. I never met one person who worked there over a year who LOVED their Job.

Applied with and was hired to a sales/CSR position with Clearlink on 03/07/2019. On 03/12/2019 I received an email stating my offer had been temporarily suspended pursuant to information in my attached background check. Upon reviewing the attached background check, I learned that there are no felony convictions on my record, no misdemeanor convictions newer than 11 years old, and absolutely no convictions whatsoever of a financial or deceptive nature.I was told that an unresolved court matter from 2014 was preventing my employment. When did an unresolved court matter constitute a conviction? Beware of applying here if you seek a fair and just workplace without palpable discrimination.

Great company to work for. Awesome culture, great benefits, great/smart people, with a solid business. This is a place where great stuff happens.

Spanish Sales Department is the best. Feel like Im working among friends and family.

Not a very good company to work for. It was way too stressful and is definitely a bad place to start if you have never done sales or call center work before

I dont work here, I dont even know what they do, I work down the street. What I do know is they have a food truck out there every afternoon.

Cool place to work if you like the people not money they tell you can make alot of money but then they pay you $120 commission off of $6000 brain washed people who think they are doing so well but just recently closed one of their locations of 3

I would never recommend anybody to this place whether its for their service or for a job. TERRIBLE communication and complete and utter disrespect. If I could I would leave 0 stars. Worst experience Ive ever had.

As far as a prospective employee no. Really weird slightly creepy and demeaning group interview. Not sure how they do on the biz side but it is nice and clean inside. Almost stepford wife ish.
