I would give Chewy (FedEx) a 0 if possible. I have had to hunt down my items on multiple occasions as they have not been delivered to my door as part of Chewys branding. When Chewy was told about this, they stated we will relay your complaint. Considering that their are 4 different grocery establishments within 10 mins of this location, combined with Chewys prices and FedExs inability to deliver correctly, I would advise not using Chewy or FedEx any further. You will waste the money you might have saved looking for your package!

In and out, full live load.You have to unhook, of course a vest needed.No parking here, overnight or otherwise.....go to Bills truck stop, its great!!Javier got me right in, strictly business, but not rude. Forget those past reviews, they have it figured out.

Delivered there today 9-11-21 with a full load. Appointment was for 130pm showed up 1 hour early was out at 100pm. Great job receiving.

The staff here is dope get in and out at a timely manner 👌🏾 and they get a 5 start for the dopest if thats a word 🤣lol high vis vest lol who ever made this we need to link I need this and few more lol shocwave_ent IG #gumgum 😁😁

I like working here it’s a good place but management is not the best. Some are not friendly at all. I wish they cared more about there employees, But besides that the employees are really nice and work is pretty easy

ATTENTION TRUCK DRIVERS!This is a bad place to come to do delivery, if you are late for any reason dispatch or broker has to reschedule the delivery appointment that coulb be anytime from 15 days to 22 days. Yes you read it right. If you are on time expect to spend at least 8 hours at this facility. And the workers are very rude especially to the truck drivers..I will never come back to this place!

Looks clean and a nice place to work. I was looking for part time jobs but they only had midnights shifts which will not work for me because I am retired and enjoy my sleep at night LOL. They do pay good for their workers.

In receiving I deal with a gentleman by the name of Geoffrey. He is awesome, as long as your nice he will get you in and out, never had to wait over an hour and a half

They don’t care about drivers time, people working here is so lazy they take forever unloading. And only take by appointment. Never gonna come here again!!

Ordered clipper oil from chewy and got my package next day!. Maybe not the best packing but nothing was damaged or leaky so it’s a win! Good job chewy.

No complaints here, appointment 0900, arrived 0845, door assigned at 0900, had to wait for a driver to figure out how to reconnect his trailer (no sure what was so difficult) however that made me late getting into door at 0930. They had me unloaded and out of there 1037. I thanked them and got on my way. SIDE NOTE: The empty lot at top of hill is no longer available for parking, owner will call police. Bills Truck Stop exit 86 about 5 miles up the road had parking, along with a nice little restaurant.

Its a nice place to deliver to but they take time to unload you, mine was four hrs, the ppl were nice though.

My husband and I went to deliver products at this Distribution Center and stayed all day waiting to unload our truck. we went to the office to see what was going on and all the employees very slowly. The turtle is faster than these people. This is what happens when paying employees for hours of work. We will never deliver anything to this place again.

I order Abi’s Kidney care dog food from here. If you put it on auto order you save almost $10.00 a month. That’s a great savings. We get it every 4 weeks. She’s very small and eats 1/3 of a can a day. So a can last 3 says about.

Pay is okay but this place can be very toxic and there is a lot of incompetence on the management staff. There are instances of unfairness to Team members and there is a lot of favoritism going on in the facility. There is a reason for the high turn over rate.

I’ve been working here for 6 mos. only because I haven’t found anything better YET. Horrible company honestly. I should’ve known from the beginning when the stated pay was .50 more than what they actually pay. When questioned about this the response was that the ad I responded to and then the interviewer gave the wrong amount for the shift. There’s no appreciation at all here. HR is rude and unhelpful much of the time. This place has already become a revolving door and has miserable morale. They have what’s called a BARK BUDDY which is a cute way to say you’re an unpaid trainer. This is supposedly to kind of get your foot in the door to move up. We’ve lost two in the last couple wks to better jobs with much better pay. Chewy claims their pay is the local industry standard but is in reality $2-3/hr less. Everything on the shipping side is called an order fulfillment specialist so they don’t have to pay people who operate equipment any more than someone who tapes boxes all day.Edit 02/2021They’re now offering an extra .50 for equipment operators as of the end of January 2021.

Dont bother working here they try to copy amazon in every which way they can and still end up second rate. Theyre just trying way too hard to be like amazon

To get to receiving use the second driveway past the main entrance. My experience was all good. Arrived at my appointment time, was given a door immediately, unloaded in about an hour.

No they are another non factor place..4hrs before they started to unload me...will never..come back..dont recommend. To you all you drivers .......the.detention pay aint..worth it..they will definitely waist your entire day and make you miss money 💰..so beware....

I had a very bad experience at chewy because I filled out the application went for the interview and was denied thrown out discriminated against by lack of worth ethics and my background check I knew I had the experience to work there because I worked at Chesapeake and rural Hall even though it was back in 96 to 98 I still remember the stuff that I did at Chesapeake the same thing you do at chewys. And as far as my background goes 2010 was the last time I had been in any trouble so you shouldnt hold my past against me they could have gave me a 30-day opportunity and if they didnt like how I worked then they could have fired me but no instead they wanted to tell me they were going another direction but yet they still have the job listed on indeed and still have the recruiting going on at their distribution center so Im not understanding why I was not qualified for the job other than you discriminating against my criminal record and my work ethics because the last time I actually had a job was in 1999 I have been on disability since then as of 2020 they had taken me off of disability so Ive had to find a job still unable to find a job because people keep discriminating me against my criminal record and my work ethics. Im frustrated irritated and I have called legal aid to further get help for discrimination and this wasnt the only job that did it. when I went to the interview it looked like it would be a really good place to work and a lot of fun to work at but they never gave me the opportunity thats my experience that I had at Chewys distribution center.

Went in looking for job. Rude. Made me feel belittling at times. Just my honest experience. They could improve on their approach to those who are coming in for a potential job. Assertively, give instructions and guidance. This was just plain rude and unnecessary, how I was treated. Other then that the JOB itself seems promising. But I give one star to their overall attitude. Attitude is everything and representative of the business.

Can be a decent place but there are so many management and HR issues. This is a good job if youre just looking for an easy paycheck. The jobs are easy but the coworkers and managers are a different story altogether.

Abandon all hope ye who deliver here. I arrived at 1730 for my 1800 appointment. I was told to wait for them to call me for my dock assignment. Three hours later they get me to a dock. Now its 2230 and Im still waiting for them to finish. Avoid this place like the plague if you can.The rest of the story....At midnight I went in and told them I was going to run out of hours. They allowed me to leave the trailer there while I bobtailed to the hotel....I drive a day cab. At 0530 they called and left a message on my phone that they were finished unloading the trailer. It took them 12 hours to drag off 28 pallets.

Few people told me this is a bad company to work for I actually disagree 100%. Awesome company friendly and helpful people. Also everyone just had a pay increase to $14hr. Also weekly pay which is hard to come by anymore

This company is a joke the HR team tells you that they are here to help you but they never answer the phone or do anything to help you

If youre looking to work here, please look elsewhere. Management thinks theyre on a pedestal, and youll be working ridiculously long hours in a toxic environment. Dont get trapped in this place like many of us have, trust me, its not worth it!

6 or 8 hours for unloading would be nice... We have been told to drop trailer for 48h. Driver got sick so he came back 4 days later than promised unload time and trailer is still fully loaded

Much like the other reviews if you have to deliver here plan on waiting until they’re good and ready to call you and return your paperwork to leave. Also plan on being treated rudely and with disrespect when asking a simple question after waiting 5 plus hours past your appointment time and 2 hours after you get a green light. A follow up complaint to their offices on Monday concerning the rude attitude and total disregard for a drivers time will be passed again. Th e only satisfaction is knowing it’s my last time here ever

I’ll give this place the benefit of the doubt because they’re a new facility. But beware, you can’t arrive before your appointment, not even 20 min. You have to drop your trailer and park while getting unloaded. And they are sooooooooooo slow. Please don’t be in a rush. I had a 4pm appointment . Arrived at 3, couldn’t check in. So I came back at 3:55. It’s now 8pm. And I’ve had a green light since 5pm. Never again will I come back. First and last. I’ll wait another 2 years,once they have a better system, that shows a little consideration for drivers.

Terrible!!! Drivers beware!!!! My Appointment time was 22:00. I arrived at 20:50 and was turned around and told to return at 22:00. Arrived at 22:00, the receiver took my BOL’s and instructed me to wait at dirt lot by the entrance until called. It is now 02:00 and I am still waiting! The Receiver is rude and unprofessional! Update! Finally finished unloading at 8:00 am!

So far everything is great. Can’t complain. Thank you Chewy💯

My first review on google. Sunday Appt 12:00pm. Told me to wait for a call for door assignment. I got a door at 2pm. Going back to check at 6:30pm they didn’t even start unloading . Disappointed. 7:30 pm no call yet. Avoid this place if you have another load to pickup.

This is a great place to grow your career. Feels great to be part of a team that works so well together and has fun while working so hard to get the job done. Definitely see why Chewy was voted one of the best places to work in 2019!

NEED TO PAY MORE MONEY

Very bad place for truckers, I mean top 5 the worse I was here for 8 and half hours. To get loaded. And Im talking 8 and half hours from my appointment time so that Im being as fair as possible. I arrived an hour early and I never anticipate being loaded early. Whats really frustrating is I spent about 45 minutes just getting out because the security was just terrible on outbound it was taking about 15 minutes per truck and inbound had a line that almost stretched to the street. They have a Chicagoland location that operates the same so I have to assume that this is somewhat of a company policy. The Chicagoland location is in university park.i will never do any business with these guys they are scumbags who dont appreciate drivers

Dont deliver to this place if you have planned next load,they will keep you here for very long time an you will not have any available hours. Strictly appointment,they will not take you early .Its a new place, probably they dont know how to manage yet. First entrance is shipping. Receiving its at the end of the road to the dead end.

I and the company I work for wasnt able to get unloaded at this facility due to this 3 shifted pallets there claiming 20 pallets out of 50 were damaged we are having to get an insurance inspector too inspect the undamaged product so a huge claim isnt filed against us on top of that 😃👎 Lol we hauled this load 500 miles and have been sitting on it for 3 days with no cooperation from chewy do yourself a favor avoid delivering to this company if you need to make money

I love working at Chewy and the pay is great. It is worth the time to fill out the application and get into that interview. Its an easy process to get started.

Dont work here. Their upper management is a bunch of cheapskates. They start you at $13 per hour when their Pennsylvania facility starts at its employees $18 per hour. I know starting wage is based around cost of living per area, but the pay gap between facilities shouldnt be that wide.

Dont try to go there if you are late to your appointment!!! They are terrible over there and no understanding! Same as WALMART!!! My driver got stuck at the shipper for 6 hours, and of course he was late for his appointment time. When he got there, they didnt want to hear the reason why my driver was late and they turned him down right away and told him that we need to reschedule the delivery appointment!Wouldnt go back there if I were you!

Very good place unloaded me within the hour of my scheduled appointment according to them arrived at 5 appointment was for 6:30 gone by 7:30..

The lady at receiving is very rude period.I can’t even ask a simple question. My first and last here. And she’d cursing me but I smiled and walked away cause I have no Time to arguing with useless person after driving tiredly for the day.

This is my Second time here I gave it a 4 star cause it does have parking for you out side Incase you get here early. Parking is located on the right side big dirt lot as your coming towards the 2nd entrance, other then that I was in and out in 2 hrs will see this time.

If you have a live unload, it just go by appointment. However, it was behind an hours. They don’t know when is going to finish. They have about 50 loading and unloading dock, they only using 2 for live unloading.

7 hours here and the are still not start unloading. Rude people, specially man in receiving office. The are dont care about drivers. Never back here again.

For deliveries, you can do the check-up 30 minutes before the appointment, unhook and wait for the call to go through the documents and voila, they take between 1 hour to 1h30 to download.

When entering the facility for recving past first drive an continue arourd to the other side. Long unload times.

My appointment was 15:00 arrived @ 13:20 put me right in a dock called me @ 15:45 and I was done.. great job

Appointment at 1600, in a door at 1520. Now 1900, went in to ask on update..after being ignored for 30 minutes was rudely told I will call you when Im ready.

The abhorrent mismanagement of time and resources here is insane. While I was inside checking in I heard nothing but people who work here complaining about things. I have been here almost 12 hours and theyre still not done unloading my trailer. This place is an absolute disaster. Do not come here!
