Be nice if the rental department would answer the phone I was transferred from the Salina store to another store and then back to the salina store and then transferred another time to the rental department

Shopping here is great! But DO NOT RENT Their equipment. It is not tested before being rented out again. Rented a tiller it didnt work. Returned it and was told I would get a refund, never happened. Called and the manager in the rental department was rude and unprofessional.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, everything is well displayed and easy to find. The farmers market has a good amount of things to choose from as well. Highly suggest giving them a look see.

Called about some flowers before I left for the store. I was told they had the correct ones. When I arrived, they did not have them. But I still got some others.

I took my Stihl chainsaw in to be worked on two months ago, and it is still not repaired! I called several times to check on it as no one ever has contacted me. Every time they tell me they will get to it soon.

Hardware, household items, gifts, toys, gardening, plants, just to make a few of the wide variety of things in the store. If youve never shopped there, youre missing out!

May not be big like the Lowes or Menards but always have staff to help you and very friendly when you walk in the door.... Easy in-and-out and can find things very quickly

Im always asked if I need help with anything right away. You just dont get that anymore and you spend half your time in other store just looking for help.

The garden center was much more extensive than I was expecting for this late in the season. Fruit trees fruit bushes perennials annuals the only thing they were really lacking at the moment for the out of season plants such as strawberries, tomatoes and all the other things that are popular from other places early on.

Ive rented heavy duty sewer snakes here. Ive bought a huge variety of plants. They have a shelf by the lawn garden equipment and rentals with clearance items which are hugely discounted. I just love this place for tools, rentals, plants, and the list is endless. They have the best grass seed at the best prices in town as has no weeds with a 90 to 95% germination rate. The fine fescue which is what Kansas State University recommends. And so many surprise discounted items that arent advertised. And the quality of the merchandise, along with the knowledgeable work force, makes it a great place to shop for a wide variety of items. I truly highly recommend this store.

They have a very nice store. The location isnt the best for me, but I shop there anyway because its clean and their garden center is very nice too.

Just ask and the employees are willing to take you right to where the item you want is located in the store. And they can usually give you advice if you have a question about something.

I dont come often. But do sometimes because itd a small store, and get what Im looking for.

Waters True Value Hardware was good. The staff was pretty well informed. Only 1 misdirection on 1 item. Everybody was nice and pleasant to deal with.

Way more helpful than the competition in town. I come here for all my home repair needs because I want the job done right, every time. I get the advice I need when I walk in the door. Good luck getting that in big blue!

Was in plant garden area. Boy walked right by shutting a gate and heard me ask husband ask if he seen anyone to help. Walked on by, no one came to help. Area smelled so bad around air conditioner I was sick told boy inside at register and he just glared at us. People dont like hiring older folks but hire kids who could care less

A man on crutches came quickly to help me at the service counter, and quickly located the items I needed to fill my order. I was in search of Stihl chainsaw parts and garage door opener parts, and I was taken directly to them by the staff. I am very satisfied. Its nice to be helped by a staff that appreciates you. I highly reccomend this hardware store. I will be going back.

Went and rented a self-propelled tiller. The check-out process was simple. Morgan then directed where I should park around back and met me there. She proceeded to give me a brief intro on the machine and then helped load it. Upon bringing it back someone helped unload it. I was purchasing a rake, they were able to do the refund for my deposit and the sale of the rake in one transaction which was greatly appreciated. At other places it a go here for one and over to another place for the other. I will most definitely be coming back when I need a rental.

We bought a grill from them that was already put together.the guy told us that he prefers to sell them already put together this way he knows they have all the parts.that is what sold us on them.for it is very frustrating to go buy something and its not all there.

Waters is a great place to shop. They have unique inventory, and the employees are knowledgeable and pleasant. It makes for a great experience.

Friendly and super helpful. They even gift wrapped! It was too hot to leave my dog in the car and they let me bring him in (on a leash, of course). Great store and great employees.

I gladly pay a little higher price here for the most helpful and friendly staff in town. Every employee is knowledgeable of their merchandise and its location, which is a breath of fresh air when compared to the other big chain hardware type stores in town.

We love Waters Value for seeds and plants! Go check out the $1.89 tomato plants - theyre 2 feet tall!! Great employees, neat gift items!

Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable lots of nice things in this store, from Paint & Hardware to gifts and bird seed :-) one of my favorite places to shop because its hometown and they actually have people that will help you
