These guys were great. They were good guys to talk to, and had some cool old cars to look at while they lined up my ol 67 F100. She drives straight and true now, and the price was very fair for the work. Cant recommend Richards enough, I will be bringing all my vehicles to them from here on!

My family has gone to Richards for decades. I wouldnt trust my vehicle anywhere else. I made a trip back home from Texas to Virginia and had issues with my frontend alignment. I told my family that I was going to have it checked and without hesitation, everyone said take it to Richards. They always do quality work and are very dependable. Top shelf! There is no one better. This is also the home to one of the first road force balancing machines and it was developed way before computers were even an option. They are truly the best there is in our area.

I have taken 3 different vehicles to Richards Auto Alignment over the last 10 or so years. Connie at the front desk is very sweet and the guys in the back are super mechanically inclined and honest. They do MUCH MORE than just auto alignments as the name suggests. They have quoted jobs that took 4-6 hours more time than they quoted due to running into unforeseen issues and they did not raise their price. Their shop rate is less than half what dealerships charge and they are VERY GOOD at what they do. Honest, affordable and friendly... what else can you ask for?

They take the time to get the job done right without costing an arm and a leg (they have reasonable pricing for the work they do). I cant tell you how happy I am about the quality work they perform. If there is a bad part, they will tell you about it and give you options or tell you what should be done to fix it so it can be aligned correctly. Really great people over there at Richards alignment. My dad has always taken his vehicles over there and never once had a problem with anything. I highly recommend Richards alignment for anyone looking to get their vehicle aligned. Just make sure to call ahead to find an opening/schedule a day and time that works.

Best alignment center in the valley!! They always go above and beyond. I have a lowered Lexus ls400 they were the only shop that could properly align it!!

My 1969 Camaro had such bad steering I almost dreaded driving it. The folks at Richards are great at what they do. The car now handles great and is a pleasure to drive. Not only did they fix the problem that I came in with but also had some other suggestions as to how the car can be improved.

Just left from having my car alignment done. Great work, but I do not appreciate my steering wheel cover, which I just purchased being covered in grease. I am not a happy person at the moment. The gentleman really should have put gloves on

Building is easy to miss. The staff are friendly. Prices are competitive and I was in and out of there in about 30 min. Their sweet shop cat kept me company while I waited.

The only place to get your car lined up!!! They dont over charge for something you dont need. They also do great mechanical work! Ball joints, brakes, tie rods. What ever you need done. They got you. Reasonably priced! 🙂

Very honest people, they could have said they did the work when they didnt but he instead told me about my control arms needing replaced before the Alignment could be done. Reasonable prices and great people.

It may take him a day or two to get to your car but by far the cheapest place to go if you want a great alignment and great service.

I had a very bad experience picking my car up for a service that I made an appointment for that was never performed. The owner was very rude and became very irate with me in front of the staff and other customers. I will never return there again nor recommend anyone else to.
