Americold can’t have one common method... each facility is unique. It took 30 minutes to track down the magic number this facility uses as opposed to the BOL, PO or pickup confirmation number. Then although they are very nice and apologetic they hadn’t picked the load yet, despite the $250 fine for a truck missing the appointment (I was 45 minutes early.). 3 hours and 20 minutes to pick and then transfer to different pallets. All the other trucks have been loaded and shipped...

Only given 3 stars because the lady at check in was a little overwhelmed with ppw and when I mentioned the only thing bad with Oregon was the governor think I hit a nerve. But I have been driving the Nw for almost 30 years and can remember when the left didnt run things.

Not a fan of there overnight parking for truckers. They tend to get in the way of work there.

Good people just slow. I had a 9am apt they moved it to 1pm with out letting disbatch know.

Friendly people, enough room to maneuver a semiband 53 foot trailer around. I was in and out quick enough. Felt bad for the check-in lady she was swamped from the time I got there till I left.

Without a doubt the most professional, streamlined and nicest people Ive dealt with in a long time. On site parking allowed. Over night parking allowed. Fantastic job to everyone that works here.

Can you guys figure out a lunch break system that works out so that not every single person is out from 1030-1230 especially not when you give 1030 appointments. First the office was out for an hour. Than the warehouse guys right after. How does that even make sense? Cant half the staff take it at one point and the other half after?!

Excellent people work here. Appointment at 3pm showed up at 7 am, straight into door and unloaded. Only 6 pallets but only took 30 minutes from time backed into door until on the road again. If there was 10 star rating I would have give it.

I arrived early for my appointment, put me in a door right away, left the facility 20mins before my appointment

Usually I come here and get loaded quickly.... not today.... scheduled to pick up one measly pallet, shouldnt take much more than 15 minutes to wheel onto my trailer, but instead it takes at least a good hour or more since the shift who was supposed to loaded decided to clock out and go home instead of loading this one pallet....thanks for screwing up my schedule due to your laziness.

Got here early. In door, but they say that it will take some time before they can get me loaded. Only 6 pallets is all Im getting and Im the only one here waiting to get loaded!!!!!

For Americold, its not bad...really Nice people , in and out was no problem . Older area, No parking on the streets but plenty of room on the property when I loaded . Id say You can go to the back hang out before your appt because traffic is bad during the day. Lady that signs you in is very nice . Jasko

They allow you to park there. They even loaded me early. Sad to say they unloaded me even faster when the customer cancelled the load. Lol

Second time here I was loaded in 30 minutes highly recommend!!!

Never have problem here. Get loaded pretty quick. Able to take 10hr breaks is needed.

30 min to check in. No AC in the main office. And they make you stand there and read 2.5 pages of common sense safety jargon and take a quiz

An hour to check in, two hours to load, went to scale out and had to come back because they overloaded.

This customer is great! been here a few times and everytime ive checked in and got a door assignment and loading began immediately. took me about 45 min to an hour to been on the road. they have over night parking here. roostrooms get closed after hours so plan accordingly if you plan on spending the night here. you can check in as early as 0630 the day of your appt.

There is overnight parking there is two company here americold and kerr concentrates they load in dock 19 in americold too
