Steel Root is very professional and extremely organized. Their expertise in cybersecurity was clear. I have never seen an IT project be executed so well. We received a project plan with timeline prior to kick-off. This plan was followed exactly with deliverables every week that were always on target and it was clear what our assignments were as well. Great training along the way and excellent documentation at close out that will be valuable for a long time to come.

Orderd 6 pieces on 11/13 promised it would be here by Christmas nothing no response all I get was u will definitely have ur pieces then last one its in final stages now no response I complained bbb of Georgia let them handle it. SORRY WRONG STEEL ROOTS

Ordered Nov 20th promised for xmas and nothing. Emails to Customer service blamed it on there shipping guidlines which this was way beyond. File complaint wit BBB and normally it would take 2 days to hear back . The same day my complaint was filed I received a partial refund !!!

If I could’ve given them a zero I would’ve ordered a gift for Christmas in plenty of time it’s been several months and all I get is the runaround still have not received the product they charge my credit card $53 and today I received an email that they gave me a refund of 798 or you kidding me
