Honestly one of the most pleasant experiences I have encountered shopping in the area. Professional staff, retro entertainment while waiting and the greatest aspect was the sheer knowledge they possessed. One look at the manufacturer and year created and he knew all prevalent issues (even ones unnoticed by us). Did I mention everything was done same day? 10/10

I took my iPad to several places to fix a broken charging port. Several other places told me it would take one week and cost several hundred dollars. Reboot told me to bring it in, and after inspecting it only need a minor fix which they completed in a few minutes and did not charge for it. Even after I insisted they take something, they still refused. Very professional, excellent customer service, and a truly honest business.

So when I first went to reboot I had myself a computer off FB that I bought. I turned it in to reboot they were nice enough to talk to me and let me know about what was wrong with the computer and that the graphics card was fake. So I bought a new graphics card for 350+125 testing fee.Then after 2-3 months the computer totally broke on me. Then took it in and after 2-3 months of waiting they said it was totally broken, motherboard, and everything.Then they cut me a good deal on a new computer entirely so I bought a new computer for around 725. This computer still had graphics card issues and after another month or so got it running sorta which then worked for another 2-3 months.Every time I would call in they would tell me the owner would get to me and then I wouldnt hear from them for Days/weeks. I just got back the computer again, which was worse then I had turned it in other than better cooling and ram but a dirty dented case with another graphics card that isnt working it wont even boot up after again paying 425!..Im done if you want better service and price go on ebay or Amazon. Id take 350 for it and Id take this down if they did but theyre only offering 225 so far or something new.

Little torn between two sides. On one side they did a fantastic job fixing my computer for a decent price. Or at least as decent as computer parts can go. However there was a lot of miscommunication on their part and I never received calls and updates

I have been going to Reboot for years and love this company. They are friendly, thorough and, unlike many repair shops, they are FAST and prices are reasonable. I took my son’s tower in for a virus that crashed the system. I paid a rush fee since he uses it for school. They removed the virus, re-installed windows, put an anti virus on, and added the memory he wanted. It was done by the end of the day. They will always be my first choice in computer service and repair.

They fixed an LCD cable in my laptop which was making the screen shut off. They were very responsive to giving me updates, as it was a longer process of them ordering and trying out replacement wires for this poorly documented computer. They did not give me the run-around with taking a long time to get back to me about their progress on the computer. They did not overcharge. Will go back for any computer problem I have.

Honest workers, good prices, and the know how to do what they do. My boyfriend and I moved in a block away and went in to get a quote on a replacement lcd on his all-in-one computer. They gave a reasonable prices in a short amount of time, and even informed us that a monitor can be plugged in instead of oreplacing the screen. My boyfriend honestly loves the shop, and we recommend it to anyone who needs a part fixed or replaced.

Update: NEITHER device I brought in was fixed! Now Ive been calling on and off all day for a refund with NO ANSWER.Slimy business alert! I dropped off a laptop and phone because I saw same day advertised. I called a few hours later for an update and they hadnt looked at it yet. After the store had closed I finally got a call with what was wrong and a price, it was only AFTER, at the end of the call, that I was informed that pick up wouldnt be until Friday or Saturday, today is Tuesday so thats 3-4 days later (excluding Thursday for Thanksgiving). I told them I dont live in the area and only came to town for the same day repair. I felt pressured with the call, so I tried to call back (several times, just ten minutes later) but there was no answer. Now Im wasting time, mileage, and money trying to find a place to sleep for the night, and will have to continue to do so over the next few days. Not only can I not work until I can get the laptop back to be able to afford the extra time/driving/stays, I wont be able to go through with (socially distant) Thanksgiving plans which I was en route to. And since I wasnt informed until after hours about the pick up being Friday at the earliest, I would not be able to pick up my things until Wednesday morning at the earliest, taking away my option of going to a different repair shop.

After my 7yr olds ipad broke (the lightning charger broke off in the port on the iPad), I was referred to Reboot by another computer repair shop who doesnt work on iPads. Reboot was able to fix it in less than a day and at a very reasonable price. I am very happy with the service I received.

Very upset. We sent our broken phone in to atleast recover precious memories, and they continued to give us runarounds. After approx 6 months they told us they will contact us when the phone is ready to pick up.Well we never got contacted.Here we are approx 1.5 years later, they told us, we never went to pick up the phone. So put it in the never retrieved place and now they have to look for it.

Really nice professional customer service however the system they have set up to notify you about the progress of your repair didnt work at all. Took an iPad in for repair that should have only taken maybe a week at most, so they said. Turns out the part was hard to get and was told that I would get notifications via text as the repair progressed but it never happened. Took almost a month only to find out that they couldnt fix it. No charge so no big deal but I still had to call several times to check on the progress. Other than that, Ive worked with them before and they were very helpful on repairing my pc at a very reasonable price. Ill use them again but that text notification system would be great if it actually worked.

Terrible I took my wii there in November and it keep on saying when I called that they got the parts when I came there tonight they said that it was too expensive and they found one at Goodwill but didn’t didn’t do anything went home mad and some screws are missing i’m very upset

Got my phone fixed, needed the back and front glass replaced. Due to my phone frame being bent they couldnt put the pieces on, so they swapped my my motherboard to a new phone. I 100% appreciate the extra work the employees did, very nice, friendly and professional

I have been building and maintaining my own computers since 1993. Basically, I know computers. Reboot computers should be recognized for their outstanding customer service. The minute you walk into the door, the staff makes you feel like an old friend coming in. I am a gamer and as such, I have a gaming computer. My computer would not turn on and I found I did not have the tools necessary to diagnose the issue. So, I took my computer to Reboot. Turns out I needed a new motherboard. That also meant that I needed a new CPU and new memory. While they did give me back my computer in working condition, they missed a lot of the little things that would make me give them 5 stars. First off, they did not install my sound card drivers, so when I got home my computer had no sound. Secondly, they installed a new copy of Windows 10 Pro. The copy they installed had a ton of bloatware on it. Lastly, they had told me that in order to get the memory working, they had to update BIOS. Well, I noticed that the BIOS had never been updated at all. So, it seems that there was either a miscommunication or I was lied to. Due to BIOS not being updated, I ran into a lot of errors that forced me to do a clean install of Windows. While I would LOVE to give them a 5 star review, I do not feel like I can due to not receiving a computer that was FULLY up and ready to go.

When I got it back, they helped me through any problems and confusions I had. Despite this, I still had some concerns so I brought it back to the shop and they thoroughly fixed my issues, going above and beyond what I’d expect from a tech company. Highly recommend reboot.

I couldnt boot the computer in compatibility mode but as soon as i got there he just plugged it in, went into the command console and started her right up from the new drive. I came here previously because i bent my motherboards pins trying to put in a new cpu so they bent the pins back and had me pick it up after 4 daysworking like new.

My computer just up and quit booting. Took it to Reboot Computer because of good Google reviews. I was beyond happy and impressed. Had it in around 10 AM. They called in just around an hour and let me now it was fixed. Told me the hard drive was a little sketchy, but with a backup device to copy my most important files to, it should be fine. Then, they werent going to charge me!! No way. I offered to pay standard shop rate because what he did was priceless. I highly recommend this team for computer repairs and used computers.

Called them told they would call me back, didnt. I called them again, again told same thing but they never did.. took to Sherwood to Samsung place 1.5 hours and 20 dollars later fixed and on my way...

These guys are reasonably priced and they are in there working making it happen every day. They do a good job and have fixed several computer issues I had. Hopefully they charge enough and get enough support to stay in business.

Fair prices but it takes them awhile to get your items fixed and back to you.

They stand by their work, very reasonably priced as well. They dont have a ton of staff but have always been timely in fixing my items. If I am confused, they explain details to me in terms a low tech savvy individual can understand. If there was a problem after a fix, they have taken care of the issue at no extra charge to me. I highly recommend them.

So glad I found this place! I initially went to the AT&T store in the Salem Center mall because my phone screen had broke. The mall employees knew absolutely nothing and tried to tell me my phone was completely shot and that I needed a brand new one. I went to the phone repair/accessory store (also in the mall) and they wanted to charge me $20 for a phone screen test and an additional $100 for a new screen - that they didn’t even have in stock.They recommended Reboot right across the street and Reboot was able to fix my screen in less than 15 minutes and at least $40 cheaper than what they were asking. Don’t go to the mall. Period.

Took my laptop to get fixed , long story short it took 8 business days, no calls to inform me of what was going on and i didnt receive a discount or an apology for taking so long, i only got an excuse. so i paid $79 for a service that i could have got at best buy in 2 business days. plus when i was paying my bill i was asking questions about the long wait but was brushed off and answered short and incomplete because of customers behind me. so he dismissed my questions with sounds like , uh huh, yup, and have a good day. and the reviews on here are so old make you wonder if the previous reviews were done buy coworkers friends or family, very bias i would say , dont you think?

James, the owner, is amazing however his staff are less then anything I would want to deal with. EDWIN took my wifes computer apart and something broke in the process. She called and let them know and he told her that they dont take apart computers. She called him out and said there was a clip that we were unable to put back on and then he said that they noticed the hard drive was loose so they opened the computer to fix it. Hes a liar that doesnt like being called out on it. Also they buy older broken computers and when we wanted to see how much they would offer for her computer she was offered $80 for it. The owner was absolutely shocked they even offered anything because it was so nice and they dont normally buy nice computers like that. He was awesome and didnt talk down to her but EDWIN is rude and a liar. If you go and deal with this shop deal with the owner JAMES directly and bypass EDWIN all together. I personally built this computer and now I have to buy her brand new computer parts that were working perfectly when we took it in and now its not working.

They do a really good job on repairing your cell phones

I went in the store the front count guy was arguing with a customer. No for a min but at least 5 minutes while customers where coming in. Then several of those customers had complaints. They told me. 15 min. To fix my item. 1 an half hours later I ask to see the phone they where suppose to fix. They didnt do anything that I could see several times the front guy would walk out of the store the guy in the back would look for him. Then the restaurant brought the guy in the back some coffee because he was still shaken up an hour and a half later.
