I am with Talent Retriever and we recently switch to IT MS. My first impression is extremely positive. I have connected with both Daris and Jordany on different issues and both responded quickly. One issues was my connection was freezing during videoconferencing. Daris troubleshooted the issue from two different areas at my home office. he was very thorough. Both Daris and Jordany spoke in language I could understand and were VER PATIENT with me. All the while, this issues were documented and tracked. I received stat updates.
