I have been a customer for over 20 years. So many repairs to my cars with always a great result. Maybe not the most inexpensive price but always top notch service. Emergency repairs are always done promptly and I have had some major engine repairs done here. Best gas in town too.

I dont have my BMW anymore. It was totalled 4 years ago. I still miss it. I only used Shell premium gasoline in it. Shell is the best. I continue to use it in my Audi.

Really nice station and car wash! You get a discount on gas if you buy a wash at the pump, but we didn’t do that. We just went through the wash and it did pretty well! The conveyor was a little bit rough and the wash was too but besides that, I’d definitely recommend coming here for a wash!

This is a place where the costumer comes first. Honest hard working people that will make a difference in your life. I trust my car to them which is my familys most important property after our home.I know they will do the to fix it for a reasonable price. Not like some repair places where you may be concerned that the problem may not be fixed or you may be overcharged if you do not understand from cars.Thank you John for your owsom approach to costumer service and professionalism.

Everyone is incredibly courteous. I asked about replacing a headlight while I was getting gas and they did it for me within 15 minutes. I highly recommend this place.

I asked the employee a question, Do you know why the pump stopped at $17.00. (I figured out the answer later on, I used the wrong card and only had that much in that specific account) He was EXTREMELY rude to me. He started saying, its empty, theres nothing there. While tapping his screen and pointing to buttons I could only guess what exactly they meant. Instead of saying, sorry Miss, I have no idea, he was getting angry at me, even when I tried to explain I that I was just wondering if he knew why. Anyway, guy was a jerk, never going back here.

This is a great service station...the owner/mechanic is honest and good. I decided this was the place for me when I had a slow leak in my tire..the dealership told me I needed to replace the entire TPMS unit..over 200 buck....pepboys told me they needed to replace the metal stem about 100 bucks..John at Salem Shell diagnosed my problem..fixed it simply & quickly..& it only cost me 5 bucks! He could have milked it...took advantage of my automotive incompentence....but he fixed it & was honest...since I have been going back....good work...honest..and affordable! This is my mechanic. Also the car wash is awesome & U get a huge discount on gas (25 cents a gallon!!) when U fill & wash! Salem Shell is a great place! Not sure what the last reviewer was talking about..John will warn you. recommend service...not try to sell you what you dont need...remember a little preventative maintenance will save you huge $$ later & John is smart enuff to see what U need & get it done & done right...dealership level service at neighborhood prices!

Its a gas station. There are many like it but this one is shell.

Owner or whomever I had spoken to is a D-Bag. They charged me credit card pricing for a DEBIT card. Everywhere else Ive gone for gas thats never happened to me. When I asked to get refunded the guy said no its a card. Theres a difference between the two thats why they have different names FYI.
