Computer pro is a excellent place to go for your computer service! They’re quick to get your job completed any very professional. A little on the expensive side but worth it to us when we are not tech savvy! Would not hesitate to use them again for our computer needs. Also the receptionist is very friendly and helpful which we found to be an excellent quality for their business!

Computer Pro was incredibly helpful with helping me get a new computer and transferring over everything from my old computer. This was a birthday present and they went the extra mile to put a big Happy Birthday background on my screen. It really made my day when I logged in!!

Took my laptop in due to it fell on the floor and wouldnt turn on completely & screen wasnt working, wasnt showing any pictures or anything.I dropped my laptop off in the morning, and told me while they looked at it and said it was the screen that was cracked/busted..Called me back in a couple hours to say my laptop was fixed and can pick it up..Said it was the screen, tested everything else on my laptop, and put a new screen on.Very reasonable prices and very professional. I definitely recommend Computer Pro.

So Fast!My sons PC wouldnt turn on. I called and they said drop it off. I dropped it off around 9:50am. Got a call around 10:20 saying his power supply had went bad. I asked them to fix it. The next call I got was at 11:30am, it was ready for pick up! They replaced the power supply with a better one and did it quickly. Very satisfied!

The service that I received at Computer Pro could not have been better. I brought in two laptops that we were having issues with. The staff was very friendly and helpful. After leaving the laptops there overnight I received a call the next morning letting me know what was wrong with each and how they could be fixed. I appreciated that they gave me some different options to resolve the issues depending on what I could afford. I was also not expected to make a decision on the spot. After taking another day to think it over, I went back to the store and the staff brought out the laptops, explained each option again and answered all of my questions. One of the laptops was not able to be salvaged but the staff was able to retrieve all of its data and put in on a thumb drive for us. In the end, our laptop issues were resolved and it didn’t break the bank. I highly recommend Computer Pro for their expertise in fixing computers, their professionalism in dealing with customers and the all around friendly small business atmosphere!!!

I had Computer Pro come out to my home and help me figure out a way to run some wire for internet purposes. Terry came out and was more than helpful and knows what hes talking about. They apparently only work on some computers... so id definitely recommend calling ahead of time.i should mention i wouldnt have left any review, and would of just chalked it up as a waste of time.. if the lady working would not have been rude to me. she told me they do not work on macs at all, only PCs. The way i found this store was after being referred because they were listed as a local business that works on macs.

1st off - Im a techno-idiot. I use about 10% of my smartphone/computer. About every 2-3 years I need to have my computer cleaned and checked out ( cuz it usually shuts down-lol).I have been going to ComputerPro for probably close to a decade, and wouldnt go anywhere else. By far the best place to go get your computer worked on or upgraded in the area. Not only is the staff friendly, and knowledgeable, they take care of you, honestly. They will tell you what you need, and not force you into things you do not need. I have taken my whole families computers in at one time or another for upgrades. Computer Pro repaired both my computer and my daughters laptop. Prices were fair and the work was performed quickly. The staff seems very knowledgeable and was very pleasant to talk to. Out of the few remaining PC service places in Saginaw, these guys are at the bottom.Not many parts in store and the owner/techs can be found frequently at Barnes and Nobel reading computer books to learn how to do their jobs.Should have never moved the operation out of their mothers basement.
