The ordering process with Elia (reviewing samples, defining style, sizes, etc.) was especially easy and quick. The price of the door, while not inexpensive (+8K) was competitively and fairly priced when compared to two other contractors in the Sac area.As for the product, Jeld-Wen (Aurora Estate) makes a great product. And, it was the only oversized door that we could find that was fiberglass and yet looks like real beautiful wood (without the maintenance that a wood door would require since its placement has full weather exposure).Couldnt be happier with the contractor and the mfg.

From start to finish the process was great. My salesman Steve was extremely helpful and available throughout. we started from a rough idea and narrowed it down to the finished product that once perfectly installed (by a vendor he recommended). I never thought i would be so happy about a door, but we are very happy with the end result. i would highly recommend the team at the window and Door shop if you want a put in a high end quality door.

Working with The window and Door to resolve issue. Delay in response was due to holiday and personal time off, they assure me they were trying to resolve during the time off. Worst experience with a contractor, ever. Warren Sizemore did all the measuring and recommended the window we purchase. He also knew exactly what we wanted in a door.He sold us a window that is too deep for our homes wall construction and a door that is 3 shorter than all the other doors in our home.When we notified him of his errors, he told us he would get us a correct window and new door if we paid for a new window and door. HILARIOUS. He then said, and I quote, Im not eating the cost of a new window and door.We have a contract that shows 80 doors -- and the door he installed is 77.Gaby Sizemore offered to refund all our money and remove their door and window if we sign a gag order which pays them $500 any time we say anything other than it was settled amicably -- and if we also waive our right to sue while specifically allowing them the right to sue us.It has been a bizarre two months. Like dealing with gypsies.We filed our Small Claims action yesterday.
