The 2 installers who came in were so professional (and so CALM that for whatever reason, my dog didn’t bark at them at all—the first I’ve witnessed in all her 7 years!) Ultimately, they worked very meticulously and fast. My new window is perfect! Highly recommended.

Whatever you do, when a double pane window is broken, do not use NewGlass Unlimited. Ever!I have had a cracked outside window and I contacted them on a Friday and they could only come to measure the window on Monday. They knew on Monday that the window would arrive within a few days and they scheduled the actual replacement the following Thursday! 11 days to have a broken window replaced is utterly unacceptable, in my opinion.Nonetheless, I paid for the window on Monday - when the performed the measurement-, a full 10 days before its actual replacement! Outrageous service!
