He explained that the new equipment is heads aND tails more efficient than my present system. Some of my equipment is at least 30yrs old. It would be the most efficient way to best way my to improve and most efficient to help me save money .

It is an excellent upgrade from traditional home painting that is much more environmental friendly and energy saving. From the initial scheduling over the phone the company was very customer oriented, polite and responsive to our inquiries, they did an amazing job keeping us updated, even with the scheduling conflicts they were very understanding of our needs.AJ the representative came out today, he was very professional, kind and informative. While he is a sales rep he didn’t make us feel pressured into buying. he was very understanding that we had to care for our newborn during the meeting. He definitely had no problem taking his time to make sure we were well informed and that he was able to provide us with the best product for our needs, and while he did inform us of other services his company provided, he did not push up selling for other products when we did not seem interested in them at this time, but we will definitely be going back through him for any other in home improvements for the future.

We has an appointment with CAT today 01/28/21 @ 10;30am to discuss windows replacement. AJ was on time all masked up. I was a little reluctant at first, because I had been shopping around already. AJ started his presentation quite different i began to get more into it. He did a great job explaining the company and their products how different they are. AJ has great attitude and excellent customer service skills.

Nice people. Unfortunately, the salesman sold us on a service of repairing our weathered underhang. We planned on financing so we had our credit approved for financing. Then, the contractor came out to inspect, then told us that they couldn’t repair what the salesman sold us on. Disappointing.. We should have known that before the financing process.

Update 7/17/21 - My HVAC works great. Except that the air quality in my house in unlivable. The ductwork is pushing particles from my attic into the home. CAT is scheduling themselves to come look at it, but its been a month, and Ive had to either forego AC altogether or stay at a friends house, because I cannot use my unit and live in my home. They said that since it passed inspection, its not due to their work. However, I believe I received a warranty with the amount that I paid. Additionally, I got my first installment payment through the financing I did to get this work done. And I was originally sold on an amount per month that fit in my budget over a 15 year amortization period. I put it on autopay, and looked at my bill after my 1st payment, and the payment they sold me on DOESNT EVEN COVER THE INTEREST!!! I AM VERY FRUSTRATED. I would need to triple the payment in order to keep up with interest and pay down the loan the way I had anticipated. I am NOT happy. I MADE IT VERY CLEAR what my budget for this project was. I will be looking for a way to refinance out of that loan as soon as possible. I ran the math, and the payment I was sold on made sense when run through a 15 year amortization calculator. I looked at the interest being charged, and while it says one thing the interest charged came out to double the rate.UPDATE March 2021 - Ive been working with the Team at CAT to get central heating and Air installed, and my house was not the easiest client! They truly went above and beyond to make sure I could have the heating and air solution I knew this house needed. For some background - I have virtually no attic space and a very compressed crawlspace. For years, contractors have told me I couldnt do a central system because there just wasnt space. But CAT came through! I couldnt be happier, knowing I wont be melting in my home this summer. The window AC units have nothing on this system!January 2021 - AJ came by today to walk me through my options for a new HVAC system, and when I say new, I mean Brand spanking new! I currently have wall AC units and a wall furnace thats OLD.Ive had many local companies out to discuss my heating and air needs over, and I havent had as comforting of an experience as I had with AJ. He was very straight forward, and could answer all my questions (which, trust me, I had a lot after interviewing companies for so long). I appreciated that he was patient with me.I am excited to work with CAT Exteriors on installing a new central system in my home.

AJ was earlier then the time quoted which worked best for my husband I. AJ was extremely professional and made sure to make my husband and I feel like we were long lost friends. I had CAT do my Roof, AC, and gutters. I had such an amazing experience I will be using them again. My roof was 2 layers and the original layer was from 1959. It was in terrible shape but CAT made it beautiful again. I cant say enough good things. Their warranties and guarantees are unmatched. They were not the cheapest quote I got but you get what you pay for.
