The customer service rep seems like they dont care about their job. They have no enthusiasm in their voice whatsoever. They scheduled an appointment for me to receive my walker, and after it was not delivered at the time window that they provided, I called them and they said that they were currently out of stock on walkers and someone was supposed to call me to reschedule. But I had to end up calling them because nobody ever called me. Horrible service. Completely dissatisfied already and I havent even received my Walker yet.

Waited an hour in the store just to get a price for an item. They sold me a floor model at full price that was not clean and certainly not sanitized. (It might have even been used, which this item should never be.) Unfortunately I needed it the next day so I was stuck. But I will not return.

This place of Business, is a total ripoff. I was provided, a discontinued walker without my knowledge. These people charged my Insurance for an item that they have, after they lied and said they were going to dispose it. Customer service is very rude! They also refused to provide me with an invoice.They’re big time liars as well. I will never do business with this Company again. I suggest that you don’t either.

Perhaps something was changed?Something that is hard to understand, for many people, is how much they are allowed to help us - depending on specific details in referrals and also about processing+errors by our doctors, their offices and medical insurances.More recently, the pandemic sent everything topsy turvy, and I for one have done business with them over the duration of the challenges that were added to an already challenging industry.I feel they are handling it famously, and commend the handling of challenges as well as they have.I want to thank staff for trying, even when I had to do my homework to get auths approved...even though I was quite affected and sometimes may not have been the most friendly --I know that when we are unwell, or our loved ones are unwell, it is hard to see beyond our own needs. Its important to remember that these staff are also people, trying to weather this huge challenge.Empathy for all!

The 2 gentlemen that delivered my daughters nebulizer were personable and helpful.

The bed worked perfectly and the people that came to set it up were very polite. They showed up on time to drop the bed off and to pick it up.

Cindy is super rude and this place is a joke!!! They never followed up with my mothers medical supplies and hung up the phone on me. Never go here and get your supplies from another location.

I needed to drive 50 miles to pick up my cpap supplies. They are unequipted to mail a little package. Really how hard would it be to stock a few mailing envelopes.

6/3/19 Ran into a major problem getting a compliance print of my CPAP. Called everywhere got turned down. Called Broadway Medical Supply they had it ready the next day. Thank you so much for helping me out.

My terminal disabled son, didnt receive diapers for couples months. His medical plan changes and he was sent to this office. In first in April, they said, he will receive diapers from May first, and then I asked to divide order not just for diapers but also for pull-ups. And they said they need authorization from their manager or something. Its took one and a half months. And from this time authorization from doctor was expired. For teminally ill need new authorizations from doctor for each three months, - its crazy. Its diapers, - not medication. I just wondering, - what they are doing on a job, if authorizations from each other took 1,5 months ??????And I forgot to tell, - this office stop to answer to my phone from May, its just calling and hang up, and no answering machine. And finally, I came to them, and they told me this crazy story about authorizations.

PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS PLACE OR DONT LET YOUR DR OFFICE SEND YOUR PRESCRIPTION TO THIS PLACE . THEY ARE RUDE AND BAD . VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DONT FORGET THAT YOUR SELF RESPECT IS EVERYTHING. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

This place is so unprofessional and rude. They have canceled my sons appointment twice now. I have to take off work to take him so now Im out of my wages for today. This suck that they can do that.

Called ahead looking for an oxygen pressure regulator for a 7100 liter H tank so we could get our anesthesia machine back online. They said they had the part in stock. Drove across town to get there and they show me a regulator for a 680 liter E tank. They didnt have what they said they had on the phone. Huge waste of time.

The employees including the manager are rude and unprofessional. They yell at you and dont listen. They put you on hold for hours and then hung up. Please dont go there . It is not like there are no other medical supplies store in California. The office phones are always busy and never return the calls.
