-looks good.... but when i had my knife sharpened at Sharpeningtech...... he did a very poor once over with the machine, left the blade visibly uneven and with a bur curled to one side still on it,.....no honing or finishing. The knife was not sharp and i was charged $27.00. very disappointing. I would never go here again to have a knife done.

I originally used to take my blades to Guy when I first became a groomer, but Guy moved out of state and referred me to Reuben. Reuben has been sharpening my blades and shears for about 5 or 6 years now i have never had a problem with his sharpening my shears always come out cutting hair and fur like butter. Not to mention fantastic customer service!

I have been coming to Ruben for 10+ years and he is the only one I trust with sharpening my grooming blades and scissors. Before I found him other sharpening guys always messed my blades up to where they would jam up on the hair right after being sharpened, but with Ruben that never happens. He knows when parts need to be replaced and when its time to just throw out the blade. Hes very good at what he does and Ill always use him for my sharpening needs!

So sad that Dales clipper shop is going out of business. Called Sharpening Tech and was quoted $3.99 for small blades and $5.99 for wider blades. Drove from Folsom and by the time I arrived the price went from $5.99 to $10 per wide blade!!!! His comment was that he did a better job and that he was the new Dales. I beg to differ!
