I hired Mr. Casey to find a hard to serve defendant in a suit. I had already paid for the Sheriff to serve this individual but the Sheriff couldnt find him. Mr. Casey tracked down this individuals current address and after observing the location for some time, he was able to serve the individual and take photos of the individual with the papers in hand. Absolutely awesome. This was well worth the money. We plan to use him again to locate people in Sacramento. Thank you!

I needed a process server who was willing to get the job done and I was lucky to have found Lance Casey. I had already hired 2 process Servers who were not able to serve my defendants for a small claim case. Lance was very knowledgeable about the process and was able to explain everything to me. Most importantly he succeeded in serving the papers to these people who were avoiding being served. He waited outside the defendants residence and work place until he was able to deliver the papers. Lance sent me updates and video of his attempts. Also, he seems to enjoy his work.

Mr. Casey did a great job of getting documents served on a resident in his area. His service was reasonably priced (for California) and he got the service done very quickly. I appreciate the quick turn around time.

Worst service ever!!!! Dont waste your money on him. Scam artist!!!! Gave $100 for 3 attempts. He only did 1 attempt even though we gave two different addresses, and he had someone else come to my house to give me my papers back. He never had permission to give out my address and never returned my proof of service paperwork. Waste of money!!!! Wish I never called him!!!!

I paid Mr. Casey $75 to locate someone to have them served. I provided him with the police report that had her info and told him the address listed was her parents address and that she no longer lived there. I advised him that I needed her found to serve her. Less than 24 hours later he provided me with her PARENTS ADDRESS and her OLD FACEBOOK PAGE!!! Really!!! That’s what my $75 paid for. NOT HAPPY!!

I payed Lance $125. He claims to be a professional but the only reply I get is a facebook page to the homeowner I am trying to have served, and him telling me that they refuse to answer the door. What the hell did I just pay for. I could have gone there and told you that would happen. At least I didnt call him, he called me from the court house which shouldve been a red flag. Thanks again for nothing Lance. Jesus christ

This PI is a joke, my ex hired him and Ive caught him at my work following me. I took a picture of him and waved and he bolted out of my work parking lot. I have a restraining order against my ex so how is this legal??
