Very rude, very bad customer service, very unprofessional! I feel bad for the owner hiring such a manager

Had a terrible experience at this place, they openly discriminated against a small child with a disability. The manager is rude and more willing to dismiss the claims of customers then reprimand her own employees for their behavior.

Clean and orderly. Has all mexican candy except for El Leoncito Ponchin from Chula Vista/San Diego who manufactures the BEST Tamarind candy.Has from pots to embroidered blouses! Everything you could want from Mexico!!

This store has many handcrafted items but the prices on the items are too high. Many of the products that they are selling can be found at other places for much less.My husband also said he felt uncomfortable as one of the workers would follow him pretty much into any isle he went.We will most definitely not be returning to give our business to this store.

This by far has been the worst experience. I purchased an item and noticed that it was damaged when I got home. Without removing any of the original packaging I attempted to go back to the store and exchange the item. I was treated very poorly and the store refused to do any sort of exchange. I was helped by a female employee who claimed she was the manager. I began recording the conversation between the employee and I. The employee said she was not the manager and only an employee and would call the cops. I was not seeking a refund just an exchange in item.The following day I was contacted by a supervisor who said come to the store to solve the issue. I arrived at the store to find out that his attitude was worst than the employee. I was distraught. I was infuriated due the fact that I had to take more time out of my day to come and get insulted by the so called supervisor.This has been my worst experience and I don’t recommend anybody shop at this store.The employees were also not wearing mask during our visit. I will be reporting this matter with the BBB and the state regarding the misconduct with the employees and the violation of not wearing a mask.

This store has every Mexican candy you could think of and the prices are very cheap they also have tons of other Mexican products like decorations and party favors pinatas clothing and many other great items.

The place has amazing mexican products, so many beautiful pieces and many items to choose from!very authentic from Mexico..I felt like a kid in a candy store...only complaint, and well actually something that truly bothered me was they really do follow you like a hawk....I had seen the reviews and didnt think much of it until it happened 2 me nd my family. Let me start off by saying we drove 1 hour nd 30 minutes to buy decor/candy for a family party we were having....not only that bt we also told my cousins about the place and they drove 2 hours from bay area to buy stuff there....literally 12 customers we took them....we loaded up on candy, decor, and jarritos, easily more than 300 dollars worth of items....every isle we went into they follow u asking if u need help....theres a fine line between good customer service nd ok give me my space, store is small so u can see all eyes on you....then theres a no photos rule, Im trying 2 take pics 2 send family so we can all decide on which item 2 buy nd they constantly telling u you cant....why?! Im trying to give you business!....I didnt appreciate that....we even went 2 try on a shirt in the back of store nd they stood next 2 us the whole time, that was uncomfortable....

I had very unpleasant experience here. There is a huge issue with prices marked and on special that are announced. This store is very unprofessional. There is only one person on the floor and one cashier is a swamp of people. Not having items priced makes is very difficult to shop.We bought a big amount of cantarios, a grill and candy for an event. The lady who helped us out was very rude and pressuring us to pay when we hadnt even finished looking around. She brought out the items to us, and us we payed she insisted in reviewing our receipt. Which wasnt an issue but she was harassing us. Beware a lot things arent priced correctly or mismarked. I certainly will never return here. After she was very sarcastic. Joes cookware in Sacramento has more costumer friendly service even though its small.

Geat store like a little part of mexico such a great store good customer service and there so sweet they present you with hello good after noon and ask you for a basket so over all such a great store

I went to look for a handmade painting and the prices are RIDICULOUS ... There is a fat hypocrite who chases you everywhere since the corridors are very small. They dont let you see anything in peace and make you feel like a thief. There is a very bad vibe in that place. The moment I entered quickly, they called security for no reason hacen they make you feel uncomfortable as if their business was a big deal 👎 I really wanted to visit but I will NOT return. Garbage! Mexican handicrafts are very beautiful .. But the store is a rubbish sorry. If they have to chase people because they are not looking for a bigger place. Donkeys
