I’ve used The Laser Skin and Surgery Center about 10 years ago for tattoo removal! Worked 100 percent. Now I’m back for Botox and Cool Sculpting! Every single person that works there are genuinely nice and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in till the moment I walked out! Upfront consultation fee of $200 that can go toward your total fee of work done IF contracted. A $300 minimum fee for any work done, apparently even if the work is minimal and without guaranteed effectiveness. So, you are guaranteed to pay $300 min for even insignificant work done. Sounds like a great gamble, right?In my experience with another cosmetic place: Most likely you will be tricked into not getting all the work done and require more sessions which require more money with more minimal work done to drag the cycle out. Not making the same mistake here! 300 min price is absurd when you dont even know how much work is going to be done. And from what Ive heard on here, 5 mins was the time they spent and charged for. Insane.

A great group of dermatologists here, in particular Dr. Kang who performed my procedure. She is amazingly skilled and was able to achieve results I had previously not been able to get with other dermatologists, not even close. Skillful, caring, patient and precise. An awesome physician in every respect.

I have been a patient for several years and I have found the staff to be extremely caring and attentive. Always willing to answer questions and most helpful when recommending products for home use. I was asked to come in earlier and I agreed to do so, but my treatment was nearly 30 minutes late. I was put in a room to wait for the numbing cream to work and given no info beyond that. After an hour I stopped an employee and asked how long I would be there and she responded that I would be called very soon. After another 30 minutes had elapsed, I decided to leave. The feeling in the place was chaotic (there was an Emsculpt special going on) , people running everywhere, but I felt completely ignored. As I approached the door, a person came to take me to the treatment room. From then on things improved - the technician who performed the treatment was very professional and friendly.

Long review ahead but can’t say enough good things about this office.1) Dr. Silva and her team are amazing. I’ve seen Dr. Silva for a little over a year and she gives great advice, NEVER over does anything, and explains things so well. I brought my husband today and she addressed all his concerns and gave many options at various price points. He really enjoyed the experience as well.2) EVERYONE is so nice and helpful. I always have a million questions and everyone takes their time to answer and help whether it’s about products or scheduling. I even got a call from Wendy this week about the current Colorescience sale and she helped me get some amazing sunscreens at a great price and she’s always willing to spend time helping me out.3) finally, I’ve had a couple treatments including clear and brilliant and pico with Katrina. The docs and laser nurses are great here. Ive had everything from skin lesion removal/biopsy to laser treatments, and would recommend them over all the other medspas Ive used over the years. They have a huge facility with not just one or two lasers but closer to 100. Everyone is very kind and courteous, skilled and professional. They also perform clinical trials and are recruiting for a laser acne trial now.

Dr. Kang is the best. She takes such good care of me and my partner. We have had multiple procedures done and every time is easy going and just wish we found out about this place earlier. Ive been going here for years. I LOVE the staff, their knowledge, and how cheery everyone is when you are in their presence. If I had the money I would find a way to be there more frequently. My treatment today was Fraxel. I dont recall my nurses name, but she was amazing! My only complaint is that I wasnt offered pain meds upon arrival. I found out later that was an option if I wasnt driving, which I wasnt. It was a painful procedure even with the numbing gel and laughing gas. Five stars every day to all of you.

I had an appointment with Doctor Anne Zhuang. I asked her about a few procedures I wanted to have done. She was very good about explaining the process that would be involved in each procedure, including the recovery timeline. One of the treatments was to remove scarring from something on my face. I really appreciated her honest assessment that lasers would not work as the scarring was from 30+ years ago. She felt I was likely to have success with the other procedure and gave me a specific price list before I left. I was also pleased with the fact she did not look bring up other areas of skin that she thought she could improve.I most highly recommend Dr. Zhuang.

If I can I will give them zero star.. Bcz they charge me money but Doctor told me we not give treatment for black circles ...so why you charged money.. Thanks

I purchased a hydrafacial last week and it was nothing to write home about. Ive been taking care of my skin for 40 years and have enjoyed some professional treatments in the past, i just felt that this facial was mediocre and I was more excited about the upsell of product purchased afterward! They used the least amount of glycolic rather than being asked what my experience has been to that product, the esthetician missed a large blackhead on my chin, and failed to follow up with the appropriate colleague afterward regarding the laser treatments i expressed interest in. Client service lacks.

Staff is always very friendly, even offering great coffee shop recommendations. Definatly a place I will recommend to others for their beauty needs.

I had a few spider veins I wanted lasered on my face. I wasnt in the room any more then 5 minutes and it cost me $300.00! I literally had three veins I wanted removed and asked if she could do one other very small one next to the one I was having done and she said No! It would have taken another 30 seconds at the most! I wasnt going to say anything but I cant get out of my head what I was charged for a 5 min appointment., three tiny veins and not the greatest result. It felt like a total rip off to me!

I went here for PRP treatment. My understanding is that they dont have any expertise on this. They dont have any scientific way of telling you whether the treatment works or whether or a candidate for it. When I asked few questions regarding treatment protocol and expectation, I was told to read publications. Why would I come here if I have to google answers? This makes the consultation kind of pointless. Because this treatment has no side effects they just have it as an option and it is a great way to make money.If youre looking for PRP for hair loss, I would look for an experienced hair doctor who has this option. Coming here is wasting ur time.

This place is more than worth the drive into downtown! All the ladies are sweet and patiently answer any silly question you can think of. I personally had Genna & Judy working with me.
