My experience with Randstad has been nothing short but of a great one! My recruiter Sarah has been so easy and great to work with. I thought I had another opportunity which didnt work out as planned so I was in desperate need of work. Randstad and their crew, especially Lauren are amazing and do their best to place you quickly in the best position for you. She was in contact often, even still to this day and Ive been employed for over 9 months now. When I got hired on permanently Lauren made sure congrats and donuts were delivered with care. Randstad is the only temp agency that worked for me.

She has a skill for finding the right job for you and she is good about checking in.+ The company’s portals for paychecks, benefits and punching hours is user friendly.- You’ll have to pay a lot for Ranstand’s benefits.- You’ll have to go into the Sacramento office to turn in your paperwork. It’s an open office with no private rooms, so everyone can hear any questions you have about your paperwork or the job.

I have only dealt with two placement offices for employment, but Randstad by far was the best. They made me feel comfortable and secure that they would find me the right position. You Guys Rock!

I have had the BEST experience with Randstad!! My recuriter Lauren is AMAZING!! I am a mom of two boys who had been taking time off work to homeschool my boys. My husband got hurt at work and had to have back surgery, and suddenly I had to go back to work. I had been searching for about a month and half when I found Randstad and applied with them. Lauren found me a perfect fit for me and with in two weeks!!! It was an answer to my prayers. I love my assignment and Lauren still checks in with me to make sure everything is going good. Ive had such a positive experience with the Capitol Mall office team. The entire office, Rebecca, Sarah Holtz, Lauren and Sarah Perona have made getting back to work, for me, quite enjoyable!
