I’ve always had a problem with Exact Stafff about my hours and pay I always have to call and correct my hours if you work with Exact Staff count your hours. They Contacted my emergency contact to tell me my assignment ended after they sent a text message telling me that i would be able to come back to Target the next week and that the production was slow. When I contacted them myself they said it wouldn’t happened again and my assignment was “completed” not ended and then wanted me to work 6 days a week at an even further job after they only let me work one day the previous week which that paycheck isn’t even enough gas money to make it to the first check. They’re unprofessional and unorganized. Their staff changes every two months they don’t train you or drug screen you just throwing you out a moving plane without a parachute metaphorically.

I just want to start off by saying this was the best interviewing experience I have ever had also it has to be the easiest and fastest way I have ever gotten a job and tbh if you go there you got to get help from this woman named Ariahnnah she made this experience so easy and fun thank you ari.!

I have done temp work at a lot of agencies, and honestly Exact Staff was one of the more helpful agencies that was able to find me quality work -- and quickly. Their office is small, but it does seem more friendly and intimate that some other offices that Ive applied to. Team lead for Target warehouse.. our shift was temporary laid off due to slow season.. was promised Id get my position back as soon as things start back up.. call today and was told my position has been filled lol.. after all the hard work I put in and recognition I got from the target supervisors saying im one of the best workers theyve seen this is how the staffing company do me.. just aint right man smh.. couldnt even call me to let me know after I spoke on the phone w them a few weeks ago saying theyd let me know when the positions open up again

I just want to say that Leanna from exact staff if one of the best there. She is always consistent and willing to go above and beyond to help you with your assignments and to make sure you are work ready. If ever any problems or situations she is always willing to help to make sure it’s taken care of. She is the best.

Ive been sitting here waiting for my background to come back its only supposed to take up to two weeks..... Its been 5 weeks now and still nothing Ive been calling and checking since the second week whats even worse they dont even have records of me coming in doing the paperwork plus instead of helping you as customer service should some of them will catch an attitude with you just because I recommend it if you really want a job find a different agency this place is really mediocre to me they have high schoolers trying to find adults jobs....

The application process was easy and simple, with that being said the staff was very friendly & understanding of your needs in regards to what it is your looking for in a job. If I could give a negative I DEFINITELY would. This place sucks. They NEVER pay you on time. If you eventually want to get paid, you have to constantly call them and BEG them to pay you what they owe you for working. Each week was a hassle for me. I was suppose to get paid every Friday but I would get paid either Tuesday or Wednesday the following week. I had to eventually quit and go else where, because they are ridiculous. I will be contacting the labor board, because I am not the first one with this problem.

I am currently looking for work and have went to a few staffing agencies and this one had by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered and I eat McDonalds that should explain everything! Angelica the front office gal is very rude and should find god because people like her need Jesus!! I understand you are to never judge someone because you never know what someone is going through but looking for a job is not only difficult but also stressful and it seems she does not realize her position is working with people in difficult situations and she should be a better person and treat people with respect and compassion! If she isnt happy with her job or working with people(how she acted) then she should not be working in Staffing thats for sure!!!!

I had pay stolen from this company. Make sure and check the fine print when starting a job as they DO NOT pay you full overtime. I worked a 12 hour shift and only got paid 1 and a half hours overtime. California state law requires anything over 8 hours to be paid time and a half. I will never go back here again and I will be talking with the bbb and the labor board for my lost finances.

I filed a new W4 so I can Exempt my pay and I did this before payday last week how long does it take Exact Staff to make changes because i just viewed my paystub for this week and taxes are still being taken out I should be on my Exempt Status by now and that is why Exact get a low rating from me

These guys are either extremely unorganized or just a snakey place of employment. Ive applied for office positions on 2 separate occasions and both times was called in for an interview. Both times I went in, they suddenly had no openings for any office positions, when I was even told the first time around that they would contact me when an office position came up.. Do not bother applying for any office positions through this company. There hasnt been any for over 2 months, yet they continue to post job listings for such positions.

By far the best company Ive worked for!

This is by far the worst staffing agency I’ve ever worked for, they are very unprofessional and lazy. They are suppose to pay every Friday and it is now Tuesday of the next week and I’m still waiting to get paid from 2 weeks ago. They never call back when they say they will, you have to constantly call them to see what’s going on with work, I’ve gone into the office numerous times and every single time I’ve been there they just had you a packet to look through about a job and walk into the back room and continue to talk about who knows what because they obviously aren’t doing the job they were assigned. I suggest you never ever try to work for this company, they are AWFUL.

So far Ive been working with this againcy for 2 weeks and Im not liking it. I was provided a card so they can deposit my pay in it, but they failed to do so. Ive sent numerous text messages and emails with no reply what so ever. 4th of July is coming up and I dont think I will be getting paid before that time. I would not recommend this againcy to any one.

They dont not follow through with their job postings, you could do everything to get the job and show up and not be on the list. Takes them long time get back to you regarding questions. This company is horrible, I asked them to give me a letter if separation for various reasons,and they wont release me even though I havent worked for them in months all their staff including their corporate offices are rude and disrespectful I wouldnt advise anyone to ever work for this company 💩
