I read the reviews😕 Some are unbelievable considering the ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC experience I have had with this agency in the last week and a half. First, I was contacted by Britini, whod pulled my resume from a site and thought Id be a good fit for a position they had available. She gave me an overview of the position but more importantly, she wanted information about what I was looking for. Then Britini forwarded my information to Andrew, the recruiter. The job placement liason guru who gave me an in-depth description of the company I was applying with and asked me more detailed questions about what I was looking for. Andrew requested a Skype interview with me and didnt make me feel incompetent for not being familiar with how to do that type of interview, but instead, gave me a mini walk through. After, he kept in contact with me and reassured me of other opportunities. It turned out not to be necessary!! I GOT THE JOB!!! Its like a dream job for me and I am so grateful!! They made sure I was prepared and most importantly that it was a good candidate to client match. I have worked with other agencies over the years and none were as professional as these guys. While in the process of applying for the original position I was contacted for, I was contacted by another member of the team, named Christine who also gave me the same amazing level of professionalism. If youre in the Sacramento Area, and seeking employment, Accounting Principals should be your first stop.

I am very disappointed with this company. I was working with Kelly and she was referred by another friend of mines who worked with her but I regret working with Accounting Principles. They put me in a position that knew there was no potential growth after they told me there was. Also, I will email and leave multiple voice mails with Kelly and I will receive nothing. No call backs or returned emails. I will not recommended anyone to work with Accounting Principles. I feel discriminated against due to my size and color. My friend is white and the same size as me and worth with the same individual and will receive call backs and return emails but not me. Sad

Beware....I had a terrible experience with this company. I met with Anna who was very unprofessional, rude and condescending. They will contact you about a potential job that doesnt exist and have you come in to waste your time. Once your there they will try an pitch another low paying 2 month opportunity with know potential of becoming long term. Honestly if you want to just chit chat we can do that over the phone instead of lying and deceiving to get me in to meet your quota. If your a minority you will really get the run around. It doesnt matter if you have the experience and education for a position. There are other agencies who are more professional and actually have work so dont waste your time with accounting principals.

I dont understand why theres only 2 stars but I was very satisfied with Accounting Principals, especially with the help of Colin and Devin. I was very devastated due to being jobless for months then I found out about this recruiter and they helped me get a job within a week. I started as a temp of course, but I got hired on even before my contract was done. Definitely recommend Accounting Principals !!!
