Decent place to get a car wash, detail, or polish. Go during off-peak times to avoid waiting for an hour or more. Staff provides quality service but prices are a bit high.

Don’t try to go during rush hours, I just got my two cars washed and it was worst nightmare. They did literally nothing even though i got highest package, they didn’t even use vaccum in the rare seats or trunk. I would get much better service if I spend $100 bucks somewhere else.Worst!

It is a car wash and wax, that they take the car and let us wait in a so smal place with few chairs for long time about one hour or more. They take a lmost 100 dollar to wash and wax it. I like how they done it but it not real good it is 89% clean.They have restroom their.

I paid 39.99 , the car was washed on the outside but still had spots they missed . I opened my car for and there were dirt spots that I knew it was there but they did not clean them. They cleaned my dashboard and door panels. The receipt said that the car was sopostu be waxed but did not smell waxed. Overall I’m no happy $40 to clean for panels and 4 windows and then give me the car back with the original stains I mean it’s just dirt . I’m not coming back , I even told the employee about it and he said they don’t wipe down seats. But I mean they leather just like the dash bard and the doors.. I’m very disappointed and it was not even busy. I pre paid because I taught it was easier to just pick up my car and go . Owner did answer ON Google buy did not call me back like I requested .lhe apologized but he did not offer to reclean my Car $40 of my Hard earned money will NOT GO HERE.

Wasnt worth paying for the 80 dollar detailing. Alot of dirty spots and scratches on the car, inside of the door and the dashboard wasnt clean properly, had to go to AutoZone to buy wipes to clean it up, only thing that was good quality was the headlight restoration, waste of 80 dollars

This has been 1 of the most efficient and thorough car washes Ive ever experienced. I was currently using a place closer to my home, but their business hours were not reliable and on the second time going there just to find out they’re closed, we came to Scrub Boys Car Wash and was immediately impressed with the great prices and amazing customer service. While we waited, we could see all of the attention that is given to each vehicle. This place is top notch and I will travel the extra distance for these great prices, great people and awesome service every time from now on.

Great staff! Great job! I parked next to some sprinklers and got some really bad water spots. I went in and within 2 hours all the spots were gone and my car looked brand new. These guys are amazing.

It was first time there theres a bit of a wait they were short-handed but I must say they did an excellent job especially on my wheels little pricey but they do honor a senior discount which always helps I would recommend this car wash

The owner is on site working alongside his staff almost every day. Fantastic professional service. I’ve taken my Mercedes to much more expensive detail shops and paid over $200 for what Scrub Boys on Folsom Blvd offers for $69!

Scrub Boys takes more time but does a more thorough cleaning than the competition. The manager Grant provides excellent customer care, rarely seen in any other business experience.

Went for the first time today and now I’m wondering why I waited! Lots of places will do a nice job washing the exterior, but they spent a ton of time making sure the interior was also spotless. Great local wash with friendly service that is a hallmark of a family run business. There are lots of options to get your car tidy and clean from a basic wash all the way to a master detail and prices are very fair. I dont take my cars just anywhere to look beautiful and Scrub Boys is a among those places I would recommend for sure to make your car sparkle!

This is so much better than vacuuming your own car in a parking lot. These folks work hard to really clean your car and the difference shows.

Quick, easy, and affordable! I got the basic for $21 that included an interior wipe down and vacuum. Not the cleanest interior I’ve had, but with a $4 tip, you can’t beat a $25 “detail” car wash!

Theyre ok as long as you arent looking for a great, detailed wash. A little pricey for mediocre work.

They used to do a good job but this last time it was only okay. After I got home from the wash, I walked around and there were spots around my vehicle that they had missed. I mean big spots that were still dirty. Like the soap didnt even touch that spot.

I think it is wonderful that we have some good car washes here in Sacramento. Now days they charge people for using residential water.Also there could be a danger of getting a ticket for washing your own car. Not really sure whatnthe rules are on that but like I said the world needs more car washes.

This is the best car wash facility and best car wash experience I have had! Today was my 2nd time and the staff was just as nice. I got the $12 car wash again because last time my car still looked clean after weeks of being parked outside next to a freeway. Another positive is that it goes so fast and the vacuums are free. I can recommend this facility to anyone!

I took my car here for the first, and last, time. I spent $34 for them to not completely clean my car because they managed to jam the rear lift gate of my Outback. I was not offered a discount, free car wash, or any other type of compensation for this. I watched several employees push, jerk, shoulder check my lift gate to no avail. The guy frantically tried to say that he looked online and it just happens, and SHOULD reset itself. Not only did it not reset itself, once I got in and started to drive, my car then started beeping incessantly. The guy at the car wash said that if I was charged anything to have my lift gate repaired, I should let them know... youre damn right I would.I drove straight to the dealership and a salesman was nice enough to troubleshoot the issue (since the service department was closed). After about 10 minutes of trying every trick he knew he finally figured it out. He said it was 100% the car wash, as they had set the memory of the lift gate in a closed position. So the car basically thought it was open and it wouldnt go any higher. The salesman was also concerned that they may have damaged my lift gate because it was opening and closing very slowly. I will monitor it over the next few days and see if it improves.On top of that, the car wash itself was not worth $34. They didnt properly vacuum it, didnt get the bugs of the front bumper/ grill and the inside windows were very streaky and cloudy. None of the inside rear windows were cleaned at all because they couldnt access them. Again, no type of compensation for this.Sorry, Scrub Boys, having a customer leave completely infuriated and having to go to the dealership to fix a car is no way to run a business.

Service could be better, my car is never quite complete. Ive stopped tipping. Maybe Ill try another similar service in town.

This is by far one of my favorite places to get my car wash. This place is always packed, however if you dont want to wait, try coming at a time thats not during rush hour or at a time where no would probably go wash their cars. For instance Tuesday at noon or a random Wednesday. They are affordable when it comes to prices and you pretty much pay for what you get with a little extra. The employees are really nice as well which is a perk.

After getting their Silver level of car wash (inside and out plus undercarriage) i was frustrated to see that each one of my floor mats still had dust, dry un cleaned, all over them. Looking at my dash board and seats there were large streaks of places they missed. The outside of my far still had random eye level inch-sized pieces of dirt as well.Not sure about their quality control here. I recommend else where or just doing the job yourself, saving the $35 bucks.

Paid 27.99 for something half done. Vehicle wasn’t vacuumed well. The seats were not dusted, they still had dirt on them. They were leather and could have easily been wiped. Also, the package included air freshener and they didn’t even put that either.

Best car wash in town!

Very nice employees but serious lack of attention to detail. Im currently cleaning out my cup holders, dash board and interior door panels after waiting over an hour on a not so busy day. Ive never been disappointed at the Broadway location. My experience at this location is certainly making me question why I just paid over $20 for a sloppy drive through gas station quality car wash. I wish I could add pictures.

I cant say a single bad thing about this place. I used to go all over town for the best wash until I found scrub boys. I have been a repeat customer for a few months now and have brought all 3 of my personal vehicles and even though I dont always get the higher priced washes I am always very pleased with the way my vehicle looks. Nice area and friendly staff make a good business even better. Keep up the good work guys!

Years of excellent work. I’ve used their services from a basic wash to a major detail and I’ve never been disappointed.

They cleaned and detailed my car with care and precision. I was impressed! Only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 stars is their price.

I have been using Scub Boys for the last couple of years. They do a great job and if I ever need them to spend some extra time on touching up my car or truck at the end of the wash they always listen and accommodate. They have good customer service every time I have been there.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!Unless you like spending money just to have to go over your car again I’d find somewhere else to get your detailing done.Went there and ordered the highest car wash and detail they had, luckily didn’t take them up in the full interior because they couldn’t even get the exterior done. They didn’t wash the roof, grill, or the whole side of the car. It seems as though they were in such a hurry to get people out they forgot to actually wash the vehicles.I wouldn’t waste my money here, I’d go somewhere where they value you as a customer and will work hard enough to have you come back. The photos were taken as soon as we left and stopped for gas on our way out. They apparently don’t do refunds either so if you don’t live close enough for them to have a do over you’re not getting help.It’s times like this that being physically disabled and not able to do something as simple as detail my own car becomes frustrating.As you can see in the photos it’s pretty obvious the areas were not only missed during the wash but also during the drying as well. I’d show the grill and windshield but they would just say it’s from driving, while I agree it driving can cause bugs, only a few blocks in downtown Sacramento wouldn’t cause that much build up.The inside of the vehicle looked like they just sprayed cleaner everywhere and ran over it with a cloth, but not all the surface areas, as there were many dry places. The controls on the steering wheel were coated in oil and whatever they’re using attracts dust like a magnet. Those details that you usually pay extra for while getting your car DETAILED!Good luck talking to a supervisor or anyone who can actually offer intelligent feed back. Again, unless you live close enough for them to re do your vehicle don’t hope for them to fix their garbage work.Only good that came from this is the $60 to have someone come to my house and detail our cars (3 if them that get detailed regularly...) a great deal, at least it’s done right the first time!

They do a pretty good job but I think their prices are abit high. There are a few seats inside and a few seats outside of your going to wait. There is a shopping center across the street if there is a line and you dont want to wait.

I went to this location on a Thursday at noon and there were 5 cars ahead of me. The wash was fine, no better than a drive thru gas station wash. However, they do hand dry the vehicle which eliminates water spots. I opted for the $23 wash but when I went to pay they added an extra $1 for my vehicle being an SUV. I didnt see anywhere on the menu outside that there would be an extra charge for larger vehicles.Regarding the interior of my car, I am very disappointed. I even looked at the interior after they said it was finished and I pointed out MANY missed and still filthy areas. I will say, the man that I spoke to was wonderful and he helped me clean up everything I had pointed out but apparently I should have looked harder because once I came home, I found many more missed areas. I have a 2 year old who will occasionally flip the straw of his milk and it will get spots on my leather seats. After going to Scrub Boys, the milk spots are still there, but at least my windows look clean. I have posted many pictures on Yelp as to why I am displeased with their service.

I used to like taking my car here but when they grounded off the on my paint bumper underneath my headlights while restoring them, it was impossible to get ahold of the owner to resolve the issue. I have given them all my contact info by phone, tried their contact form on their website, and sending their Folsom Blvd location an official letter but no luck. I recently had to use my own insurance to fix the paint, headlights re-restored and pay a weeks worth of a car rental. Hugely inconvenient overall and sketchy. Owner always responds to reviews online and asks people to call him but there is no way to reach him. Definitely do not get your headlights restored here!
