Had been here on a Saturday noon as AC was blowing hot air. Was a refrigerant recharge thing. He said after the fix all is well now its so cold upto 45f. Charged me $133...i just started the car and drove not even a mile and hot air again. Turned it back and asked him to check. Lied it was working earlier. Told him to fix it but said come back Monday AM or Tuesdays Saturday afternoon is closing time aroubd 3 pm. Horrible experience. Had to travel weekend but no fix got scammed $133. Never returning here.

Brought my car in for an oil change and they checked my tire pressure. They said that they let a bit out of the tires because they were a little over filled. Everything was fine until I drove about 1 mile and my tire was COMPLETELY FLAT! They sent a tech out to look at it and had us come back to the shop. After inspecting the tire they said that the air valve was broken and that I needed to go to a tire shop to get it fixed. I said that I thought they should handle it since is was clearly the result of something they did. They flat out refused to even acknowledge that it could be their fault and acted super taken aback and offended that I would get upset that they messed up my tire.I understand that things happen and parts fail. But if an air valve on a tire is working 100% fine and then a mechanic lets pressure out of your tire and its all of the sudden broken, its not unreasonable to assume that it has something to do with the mechanic. The tech team was super rude and refused to even engage in conversation with me about how a part would fail so suddenly.We went directly to a tire shop a couple miles away and explained the situation. They said that the air valve was not broken and that probably what happened was that sometimes when you let air out of a tire the air valve can freeze or get stuck open. So natomas auto care was either lying to cover their butts or didnt know what they were doing. Not a great look.My frustration is mostly that they wouldnt just talk to me and explain their rationale in assuming that the problem had nothing to do with them. As a woman, navigating male dominated industries is sometimes intimidating and I need people who are willing to be open and transparent with me instead of treating me like a hysterical female for questioning them.

I heard strange noises and thought I had a serious problem but they said my car was fine. Been here for multiple repairs, the latest being a burned out clutch. I tried saving myself some $ by part shopping on my own only to find out the parts I received were incorrect half way through the job. The team here were super professional sourcing the correct parts the next day and finishing the installation in record time without ever mentioning the error. Highly recommended and will keep going back!

I enquirer about bartering services and they kept telling me to call and email manager which I did and they never even bothered to open the emails. I waisted a good month trying to contact the manager with no replies.I never had any service done but their communication and customer service is poor.

Unfortunately, I had my worst car service experience ever here! My car broke down in the middle of the road, & I got it towed here. I paid $700 for a new power converter. The NEXT DAY, I got in my car to drive to work & it broke down AGAIN!! I got it towed back to this mechanic (tow came to $150 both times), & it turns out that they *forgot to plug in* the power converter. I could hardly believe it, lol! They didnt offer my any refund or discount at all. So so terrible. Go to Wrench Monkeys on Belvedere Blvd. in Sac; theyre so much better !!!!

This is by far the best auto shop that Ive taken my car to. They are always honest and never try to sell you services or stuff that you dont need. I moved almost 40 minutes away and its always worth the drive to go back there. The first time I visited, I was worried about being low on brake fluid, they checked it and topped it off at no charge! Great service.

My car battery died and had it jump started. I drove it to this place. They were able to replace it that day. The staff at the desk was helpful.

You can get a cheaper oil change but the mechanics are thorough and honest. They really do try to keep the costs down for you. The part I needed was not available through their vendors, except through the pricey dealership. They recommended an online store I could get it for half the price, but unfortunately did not tell me what the actual part was. Rather than risk spending $$$ on the wrong part, I went elsewhere.

Working 6 days a week and only having sundays off is hard for me to get anything done. I had an early day at work and called around for someone to change 2 stupid little spark plugs. Dave was able to get me in with only an hrs notice. I will definitely be back.

My wife brought her car in for a basic oil change on her lunch break. It took them over 2 hours.Turns out they striped the oil pan, ended up putting an oversize drain plug.Told her they where waiting for a part,Thats why it took so longHuh???A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE& they didnt tell her about the oversize drain plugthey cant even change the oil in a car,DONT GO THERE!

My family was driving from Stockton to Eugene, Oregon when we suddenly heard disturbing sounds under the hood. We googled the nearest mechanic to us and feel EXTREMELY grateful to have found this business! Apparently our serpentine belt was shredding apart and we needed replacement ASAP. While waiting for the part to arrive, we also asked for an oil change since we had intended to do that prior to this road trip. All in all, it cost only $101 for everyrhing and we were back on the road within 1.5 hours! The staff was courteous and hustled to get us safely back on the road. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a mechanic with integrity!

I visited the Natomas Auto Care to have my car serviced. I dropped the car off Wednesday February 27th and on today Friday March 1, I went to pick my car up and there is a dent with scratches that were not there before. The gentlemen at the shop swear they did not see anything and do not know what happened. I asked did anyone inspect the car before service because I know the damage was not there before and one gentleman state We were trying to make sure your car was repaired. I test drove it but I didnt look at it. This is my first time going to an auto shop where they didnt inspect vehicles before service. I thought that was a mandatory procedure. I am currently trying to contact someone now to get this situation rectified.

Wouldnt go to any other mechanic. Low pressure, no upselling. On several occasions I have taken a vehicle in and been told I didnt need any services and was charged nothing. When I have needed repairs they did a good job the first time at a fair price.

They were just as nice in person as they were on the phone. Fast complete service. Found something else that could be easily fixed while they had the car and just charged for the additional part. They even accept appointments during the week.

I love this place because of there friendly staff and the fact that they get things done in a timely manner. My only issue is depending on whos working on your car you might or might not have to take it back after repairs. Ive had great service here but sometimes there repairs are done sloppy and I have to go back so they can re-dp it the correct way

A few weeks ago we took our Hyundai into Natomas Auto Care for a brake job. We had been using Natomas Auto Care for a few years. Unfortunately they did some body damage to the front of our Hyundai while it was in the shop getting brakes. They were forthcoming about what happened and made arrangements at a local body shop which fixed the damage. They also arranged for us to have a loaner car while our Hyundai was being repaired. Accidents happen, and Natomas Auto Care took care of us and never balked at fixing the problem even though it cost them a considerable amount of money.

They are very honest and even referred me to another place because it would of saved me money. They can do just about everything for my car but I like that they do what’s right and helped me saved money.

Terrible customer service. Never answer the phone so I went in to find out if I needed an appointment for an oil change. I only went here for convenience of location. There were 3 guys behind the desk and not one of them said hello or welcome and the guy at the computer looked at me like I was the biggest inconvenience. Upon asking if I needed an appointment he proceeded to laugh like I was an idiot for asking and rudely gave me times 3 days later. Yeah, like I want to wait 3 days for more rude service. Went to Jiffy Lube and was done in 30 minutes.

I have gone here multiple times. The staff is very friendly and honest. They are very thorough. They even have driven me back home a couple times so I dont have to wait at the shop with my infant. I highly recommend this auto body shop. They dont take advantage of their customers and they have decent prices!

Very professional and did a great job

I just relocated from Delaware to Sacramento. I just received new tags for my car but when I tried to put the new tags on I found out that the screws were completely rusted out. So in the spare of the moment I had to quickly find someone to take the old tags off. Well luckily I came here because these guys went out their way to help me. This was by no means an easy job. They had to break off the old rusted screws, order replacement screws then they had to drill a hole in the License plate because the old screws broke off and were still lodged in the hole. My tags were expired so I didnt want to go through the hassle of being stopped by a police officer and have to explain the situation. So Im really happy that I went to these guys and I recommend others come to them as well.

Went there on 2 occasions. Wasn’t greeted as I entered the service desk area, then I was told that everyone was on lunch and couldn’t do an oil change to come back in 45 minutes. I went back and there were 3 guys in the bay that appeared to be working, but was told a similar story by some else that was in the front reception area.

If you want to get your car fixed this is the best place to go to.

Had my front brakes done in july, had my rear brakes done this month. the person who did my rear brakes for me looked at my front brakes. he found that the front right brake shoes were put in the wrong sides, the tabs pushed into the calipers andripped a piece of metal on one side and dented the other side. I saw the damage myself. I went in to natomas auto to show them the damage. I talk to the guy at the desk named khua or something like that. he took the car in the garage for a few minutes then came out and said there was nothing wrong with the calipers. I said I could show them the damage, but he said they already put the car back together and pulled up to the front of the shop. he basically called me a lair and refused to let me show them the damage ,he said the guy who worked on my brakes was trying to rip me off. I used to trust these guys but not anymore. I will never go back if that is how they are going to treat a returning customer.

I have been coming here for almost 2 years. They are the best in their field and i always go out with full satisfaction and never ever had to come back with any issues regarding car service.
