Ive been a customer for about 1.5 years now and I have nothing but good things to say about this State Farm office. The folks Ive talked to have been friendly, super quick and helpful every time Ive called. Great customer service.

I switched over to State Farm from an online insurance provider about 1.5 years ago. Ive been very happy with the live interactions. The phone calls, the emails... At first I thought I would have to pay more for the service, but to my surprise, the agent (Frank Nunez Pacheco) spent the time to review what I actually need and I ended up paying less for more relevant coverage. I am glad that Ive not had a need to file any claim, but with what Ive experienced so far, I believe they will support their customers if I ever get into that situation.

I am so unhappy with the customer service that I have received from Max Lam’s office. I called to find out why my rates went up and the lady that called me back was so rude. We only switched to State Farm because we bought a house and Wawanesa was not offering home owners policies at the time. I explained that in three years at Wawanesa my rates went down and she said “that sounds too good to be true and that I shouldn’t have switched.” Unless you like long wait times for an agent to call you back and unexplainable rate increases, I would encourage you to shop around. The agent I spoke to could not answer any of my questions.

Today I had a great experience talking with Mercedes about a dilemma that was happening with two vehicles that I had insured with them. She helped me solve the problem, explaining what happened and why. Since I moved to Arizona I have to get a new agent which is to bad because the service there is so great! I have been a customer of state farm for years and I have to say its one of the best offices in sac. The ladies and gents that work there are just as awsome as the leader. Mercedes is my favorite she takes care of all my needs and concerns all the time. One quick email and she gets on the case like a spark to a flame.

Chris is an excellent agent. I was with a broker before switching my auto, home and rental properties to State Farm. My broker had each of my policies with different carriers to save money but it was becoming a hassle and I would always get the runaround whenever I needed help. Chris bundled all my policies but with better coverage and included life insurance all for the same amount I was paying before. Now everything is with one company and one agent who is quick to respond with any questions or anything else I need help with.

Max was very helpful in building me and my familys auto policies. We use to have insurance through an out of state provider from the east coast but we wanted to find an agent who was easier to access. From day one, Max showed he would be available if someone needed to talk to him and when he wasnt available, his team provided just as great customer service as he would have.

Ive been insured with Maxs office for 9 years. They have always provided great customer service as well as claim service. When my car was in a hit-and-run accident, I contacted my agent, and they connected me right away to the State Farm representative who made sure I was okay, took down my information, and had me set up to have my car examined and fixed. When a rock chipped my windshield, which soon after became an 18 crack, my agent explained to me about the deductible, and quickly linked me with a glass company that scheduled to have my windshield replaced within a few days!I highly recommend State Farm and Maxs office if you ever consider switching your insurance.

I have been dealing with a rental insurance problem since January 2017 and Max has not come close to a resolution. Him and and his office staff are playing games with me they have even had my rental insurance on the apartment were I reside twice. The office staff is incompetent.
