They go above and beyond to meet your needs in our fast paced construction environment. They are very helpful with all the new documentation we have to comply with and sometimes we need a quick turnaround and its done. Working with Jessica, Alicia, Kristina, Eric and Kelly as well as the owner Dan Brock has been a pleasure and they continue to be our insurance agency by choice.

Our experience has been with Adriana Hernandez for our company insurance needs for several years. We like the fact that we can always get answers quickly to our questions and no later than the same day. If she cant answer them she always puts us in touch with someone who can. Most of all she is very efficient, knowledgeable about her companys products, professional and super friendly. We like that in a broker.

Worst customer service ever. It was ok until we decided to cancel service and change the insurance. Made me pay for the vehicle that is parked and not drivable, so representative did do the job to remove the vehicle from the policy. Now I ended paying extra for someones errors. There are better insurance agencies and providers on the market. Shop somewhere else for insurance. Dont waste your time with this office.

Mayra assisted us with home and auto insurance when my wife and I purchased our first house. A Moratorium was in place for our area due to the wildfires the year prior and we were having a difficult time finding an insurance company to grant us a policy. Mayra did all the hard work and tracked down a company that gave us a great rate. We are very happy with the service we received and I even referred my dad to Mayra so that he could save some money on his insurance policy.

Sierra Oak sold us our Workers Comp policy for our contracting business. During that policy period, our endorsement requests took an extremely long time to process, delaying our ability to start our projects. Sometimes, up to a month. We expressed our concerns to our agent and even the owner and nothing changed. During my last conversation with the owner, Dan Brock, I told him about the frustrations we had experienced and he couldnt have cared less. This sluggish and irresponsible company is not a good fit for contractors who rely so heavily on our insurance partners. Contractors Beware!

From personally working for this Company for the last 4 years a lot of you are better off with someone else. Policy cancels, notices dont get sent out on time, we tell you we are sorry the Cslb hasnt updated your license instead of saying your agent forgot to send in the binding docs for your renewal policy and to be honest the errors made are from lack of care. no one wants to work so they pass it on from person to person.. if you have been a long client of this company a contactor at that, look at how many of the employees you once spoke to is no longer there.. this famy is professionally and morally horrible.. good luck with this company
