This team is the best insurance team I’ve ever worked with. They’re extremely responsive and they take care of you. They’re not sales people, they only offer things that they feel might help you. They never pressure you into anything. They’re extremely professional and have been so helpful in the 2 years I’ve been a client of them. I’d recommend them to anyone and everyone!!

I really cant say enough to convey what terrific experiences I have had with Rich Williams State Farm office.I originally retained them for a business that I was operating, as I needed Workers Comp coverage. Bit by bit I migrated all of my business insurance and all of my personal insurance over to his office, simply because of all of the wonderful, personalized service I received, in conjunction with really great prices. That was at least 15 years ago, and Ive been happy with them every step of the way.At this point I no longer have the business, but Rich Williams handles ALL of my personal insurance, which is still several policies. Every once in a while Ive done rate comparisons with other companies and have NEVER seen anything that could possibly compel me to leave. The few times over the years that I have had claims, of varying natures, the State Farm response has been terrific, FAST, and thorough. There has never been a SINGLE TIME that they have left me disappointed or questioning my loyalty to Rich Williams and State Farm. Despite the fact that I didnt know Rich from Adam when I first walked in their door, he has always made me legitimately feel like I have a personal friend in the insurance business.I have recommended him to many friends over the years, and I recommend him to you, the reader, as well. If you dont LOVE your current insurance and/or insurance agent, do yourself a favor and just switch right now. Rich wont let you down. Im certain of that because hes never let ME down. Ive JUST THIS WEEK had an issue that was just making me incredibly upset and unsettled, and Rich helped me out enormously, reducing my stress significantly. Having a friendly, professional, knowledgeable and consistent point of contact for those stressful times that SOMETHING has gone wrong cannot be beat. The gratitude for that is what moved me to write this novella of praise, but he deserves every bit of it.

Excellent service! First time getting renters insurance and it was a fast an easy. The Apartment complex had some requirements like being added as additional insured and 100,000 liability which I knew nothing about. Thanks to Rich Williams team it was a fast and easy process and I didn’t have to do anything!

I was fed up with my old insurance company after they were gouging me on my insurance. I tried calling them a couple months ago to see why I was paying so much and they told me it was the mileage I was driving and there wasnt much they could do. Finally I decided to call State Farm and Gio helped me out right away! He was able to match the coverage I had and get me a much lower price. I also appreciated his open and honest communication!

Even in our world of doing everything online, with minimal human contact in all things...I still pop in to the office half the time when I need to make an update or ask a question because its always a good experience with these folks. With something like insurance, it isnt something you really think about 99% of the time - but every couple of years, when something bad happens, its in those moments you really appreciate that you chose to do business with a solid company (state farm), with real human beings in your own neighborhood...and then the insurance aspect is one less thing to worry about - you wont get that with most companies.

Terrible service, I am now paying across the board for all of my vehicles 2.5x what my premiums used to be because of a mistake an agent at this office made in filing a claim of my off-road vehicle, they could not have cared less about their mistake that is now costing me thousands extra for the next few years out of my pocket. Will never do business again very unprofessional and clearly a lack of experience.Also the “5 star reviews” left behind my actual customer experience are from employees of this agency, ignore them and don’t waste your money here.
