I started working with Trudi Breese at the end of June. The customer service experience was poor upon our first contact. Confrontational tone, I was accused of not reading an e-mail that I never received, and the entire phone call was rushed. I attempted to request another claims adjuster after this and eventually spoke with Hayley Turner who instead of providing reasoning for why I cant obtain a new claims adjuster, didnt respond to my e-mail. I understand people become really busy at work, but this was blatant disregard. In my 10+ years as a Progressive customer, Ive never had an experience this poor and will unfortunately not be renewing my policy with Progressive.*Cynthia Romero provided temporary support one of the times Trudi was out of the office. Cynthia was phenomenal: excellent customer service, patient, knowledgeable, efficient. I added two stars instead of one because of her.

All field offices are closed due to the pandemic of not wanting to work, even though AAA insurance have been in offices WORKING at the start of this year. Just do your job not asking for much. Also they didn’t follow up ever after I filed my claim for an accident & wouldn’t answer if I called about that status of it. I see why is less expensive than AAA

I had a interview to work for this company,my interview was a face to face web interview. The lady named Cindy was the person giving the interview she is a recruiter was completely awful. They dont hire black people at allMy list-She had no emotionsVery rude during the interviewAsked me questions about my previous job that had nothing to do with meHer energy was very negative

I thought they were fantastic I was involved in a minor accident I have them for insurance. Even though the accident was not my fault I took my vehicle there they offered to pay for it and get it fixed on the spot. I was in and out in about an hour. I thought they were about as professional as you could get for an insurance inspection site.

Very disappointed on how they handled my Hit and Run.. I wouldnt recommend them to anybody as matter of fact Im canceling my policy.. Ive been with them for two years.

The staff at the location is HORRIBLE. Someone should send a secret shop. My adjuster is great but the staff at the front desk is not. They should really work on the customer service. I was told to wait so the woman could kick her feet up and drink her coffee.

Nice people. Nice building. Fancy coffee machine and bottled water. FYI the coffee machine is a comercial version so dont try stealing cups. They WILL NOT work in you Kureg. Not that I tried, just heard an employee talking about it to a customer. Really!! I dont even drink coffee. I did have a bottle of water and the mini fridge was set to a crisp 36 degrees. Very refreshing.

Im not impressed to say the beginning. I had a minor accident and they ended up having to replace the bumper and side panel. Fast forward about a month and i noticed paint peeling from a few spots on the repairs.Edit:Nope nope. Do not take your car here. I just got called by them about a month after the first pick up with them saying they forgot to charge me for the rental while my car was in the shop. Even though i asked before leaving that day if the rental was taken care of. Of which they said it was! And now here they are a month later after already screwing up the first repair causing me to put my car in shop for another week. Here they are saying they forgot to charge me for the rental. Didnt even apologize for causing the issue! For screwing up and costing me more money and time. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE.

Honestly the WORST service of my life ! Corporate head quarters should definitely send a secret shopper to see how this facility works. I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy! Customer service is trash !

I called progressive in the morning, made an appointment for 3:30pm and I arrived on time. I was told to go under the canopy for service. Still waiting for service...10 minutes later I still have my keys, just saying.

Horrible claims service. My vehicle was invovled in a hit and run, and the claims rep and her supervisor gives me the run around about getting my vehicle fixed. I will be switching once everything is done with. It has already been over a month since the incident, and no help.
