I’ve been meaning to change my rating. Originally I wasn’t satisfied with the switch to this office. My rates increased exponentially and I felt that State Farm handled the transition poorly. Recently, I’ve communicated with this team and I have judged too soon. They have excellent customer Argo e and are always available to answer questions. If it was for the high rate increase I would stay with this office.
