Since my purchase of the building in 2001, he has handled my small apartment building, and really went to bat for me recently when my insurance renewal was questioned due to old electrical panels. I had difficulty obtaining an electrical report and estimate in the time provided to correct the problem. He recommended an electrician, posted his report, and obtained clearance from the insurer within a week of my request for assistance. He also provided valuable information on the status of old electrical panels, and advice about future insurance renewals. I should also mention that shortly after I bought the building, he toured the building with me and my management company, and helped us identify potential problems that had arisen due to deferred maintenance of the building. I appreciate his continued vigilance!
