I have used John Chandler to help me stay covered through the years living in multiple places. He is always prompt, kind and professional. His steadfast follow through is greatly appreciated and I would recommend him to anyone.

My experience with John Chandler: Allstate Insurance went well until I wanted to cancel my policy. When I decided to cancel my policy, first they refused to cancel it saying that I have to give them proof of insurance from any other place for them to cancel it (they are not legally liable for people to have insurance to cancel their policy). Second, the guy who canceled my policy said that Allstate will send you a check as they owe you money. After multiple weeks, out of curiosity, I called back to check on my return. The other broker said that I owe Allstate, the guy has given you wrong information. The payment was past due and I never received any bill or mail from Allstate. If I had not made that call to check, I would have been referred to collection due to their mistake. My advice, dont buy from them, if you do, dont cancel it :D

Every staff member is knowledgeable and very helpful. I feel I am truly valued as a customer, and all my insurance needs are consistantly a priority. I highly recommend John Chandler: Allstate Insurance for their unsurpassed customer care and integrity.

Great service I have had only positive experiences with Allstate. I am confident in my coverage, Im not constantly bombarded with attempts to increase my coverage. The staff are very friendly and helpful and very friendly.

Perhaps the worst insurance agency Ive ever encountered. Totally incompetent despite hard sell and money-grabbing tactics. Hideous people. I assume all the Google reviews here are from friends and family trying to disguise the horror of this agency because the Yelp reviews (which have to be from verified reviewers) tell a very different story.

Bad service I wrote a cancel policy and sign date writing documents email and talk to my agent. Bad thing is the manager T. And called and said they willNot cancel my policy and still wants me as a costumer.So Im trying to call and email to cancel and shes not returning my callsIm paying for 2 insurance companies and I sold my car a ak ago
