I was able to talk to an agent right away with no wait. The agent, Alexandria, was polite, courteous, and patient. She explained coverage terms very clearly. When not 100% sure, she asked others in the firm to make sure the provided information is accurate and correct.

I wish there is a way I can give zero star. They do not deserve even one star. Worst customer service ever I have seen in my life. I was hit by a truck and the driver admitted his fault but after one month my car is not fixed. Calls do not get returned by claims department. If you call the claims department the hold time is 1 and half hour to 2 hours. I called the agency few times and asked to speak with Vincent but my request was denied by multiple people. One person said Vincent is in meeting and I can speak to supervisor (Nick). Nick who was very rude and not professional said Vincent is not here and does not get involve in day to day task. (In future, If you are lying discuss with each other before you say anything to your customer). He told me that I have to work with claims department. If I am able to resolve with claims dept., I wouldnt need to contact the agent office. The agency want their commission that is it. Very disappointed with the service I have been receiving. I have them over 3 years but you find out about the agent and insurance when there is a claim. It is never a problem when they are receiving premium.

The worst insurance company I ever dealt with. They take high monthly payments and never pay me for any claim. Always they have excuse and tricky ways to avoid paying the customers right. It’s not worthy to pay a penny to this company. I don’t recommend anyone to use this company for any type of insurance because you will pay and get NOTHING in return!

A car hit my parked car in front of my house and it needed some work. A month later and it’s not finished but my car rental is due back today. I’ve been trying to contact my adjuster for almost four days now. Even tried calling his manager but she didn’t even answer. So now I have no car rental to get me to and from work.

A bunch of crocks got to gather and made a company named Gaico, I had a small accident and even had a police record....The guy for inspection called me to him at the Coffee shop... I told him that this company suppose to have a place to inspect my car... Why a coffee shop?So this guy who didn’t like, what I told him...When I met him the first thing he asked ( he wanted to check my phone... and call details...) yeah ASKED ME TO CHECK MY PHONE! And I didn’t let him to check my CALL details...So the guy left and didn’t cover my loss...

This Insurance is a Scam, a total Joke!!! Spoke with several reps that all promised to give me a call after fighting with another insurance to fix my car. After several weeks I call to check the status turns out they want me to call them and fight for it. Well why the hell am I paying Geico??? Have been waiting for the supervisors call for so long that I ended up cancelling the policy. WORST INSURANCE EVER.

My dads truck got hit by a drunk driver who had Geico for his insurance. At first, the company told us that if i let my dad use my car for his work M-F, they will pay me $20 a day for it. 2 months pass by and at the end, they said because of their company policy, they cant pay me that $20/per day for letting my dad use my car. I couldnt go look for a job or anywhere cause of that.

They’re friendly and helpful, both in person and over the phone. Plus, the call center reps with this company in general are great. Best of all, they offer the lowest premiums I have seen. Two cars with full coverage in Sacramento for the same price as one car with full coverage in Phoenix using Allstate. Give this place a try; enjoy the experience and the extra cash each month after you switch!

Waited 2 hours and they didnt even put us with our party. Party of 7 sitting at 2 seperat tables. We have 4 waitresss and my table got all our food first and they forgot to make the other HALF of our party there food. I will never go there again. Rather drive to Sacramento. At least I can make reservations.

They are okay. I had a small fender bender. I literally cracked someones headlight is all. My insurance has more then doubled for over a year and a half. Before that 23 years with a perfect record. Guess that didnt matter.

Horrible customer service literally the worst experience. You better hope your never have an accident because when you need them good luck having them fight for you. I never recieved one call from them after I reported it. I was rear ended when I was stopped in traffic and they made me feel like it was my fault. My own insurance company! I couldnt believe it. The person who hit me claimed he was rear ended and the guy ran off but there was no damage to the back of his car but there was close to $4000 damaged on mine so they ruled it a no fault accident. And I was responsible for my deductible. No one would even explain why? Stay away from them!

I switched to Geico from state farm because the rates were lower and the coverage was better. However, without making any claims or tickets etc, my auto policies have gone up 40% in 1.5 years and my umbrella policy has gone up 25%!!! I think they initially give you low rates to have you switch, then hike the rates up and hope you dont notice. I called them and their explanation is that California has a lot of claims so the prices have gone up. Im switching to another company... this is a horrible way do business.

I was trying to get a quote on my car and this lady literally was trying to push the insurance on me trying to get me to buy it. I told her I would think about it because I wanna have options and she literally kept trying to have me buy the damn insurance. Definitely know what insurance I’m not getting!! She then proceeds to say “I’m not trying to frustrate you.” How are you not when you keep trying to push it onto me. I’ve called other places and they never once tried to pushed it onto me like her. Very bad service, if only I remembered her name, I would report her.

Great! They have best representative when I called them. Especially renters insurance, I called 5 times, and waited about 5 hours still no body answered my call. I heard the boring music during my whole morning, and the auto announcer said the boring music again and again. There is no call back service. They did absolutely perfect job for doing no customer service.

Who thought that getting insurance could be so much fun???? My mother and I went into the Madison Ave office yesterday to look into changing insurance. I just recently bought a new car. Kabrina was able to get me fully covered, and thoroughly answered all of my questions. She was an absolute joy to work with and was very helpful and knowledgeable. She has an energetic personality and she spoke highly of the company she works for. She spoke of how she takes pride in her work and truly loves being of service to her customers. At 22 years old, this woman has a wonderful work ethic and I hope Geico knows how lucky they are to have her. Because of my work schedule, we showed up about an hour before they closed. She was able to get my car insured and then take care of my mothers car and home insurance within the hour. Neither one of us felt rushed, or that we were being pushed out the door because it was getting close to closing time. She got the job done quickly, efficiently and thoroughly. Not to mention that I laughed more in that 1 hour than I had for the past few days .

In the past. Like give it a 5. Until I recently got my Jeep stolen. Im dealing with this Joker named William. He is the worst. These guys are supposed to help me and Im paying premium for full coverage on several cars Ive had these guys for several years period around 8 years or longer. Now they treat me like s***. They dont care. Talk down to me. No help. Expect me to go down theand . And pay the tow yard. And then sometime later theyll pay me back. I dont think so. They need to handle it. The car was recovered and is in a tow yard. The tow yard was helpful, actually Sacramento Police Department was helpful. But my insurance company is give me the run-around expecting me to pay stuff up front before they do anything .a joke. Im the victim here and Im being treated as a criminal. Forget these guys or clowns, Im getting a different company waste of money

Wow Im not sure what this first guy was talking about. I called for a quote; everyone was on the phones. I received a call back within 5 minutes. The customer services was unbelievable; very thorough and I got the best rate that I have ever had. Since starting the policy I am able to get thru immediately every time I call and always able to speak to my agent. Ive also visited the office several times and was very impressed with everyone. I would never go anywhere else.

I have been with Liberty Mutual which I thought was the best rate for a preferred driver like me but I was wrong. This office increased my liability limits to 100/300 from 50/100 paying the same premium. Geico beat several insurance companies Ive inquired from.What a great deal!

Ive had Geico for over a decade .theyve been a great insurance and have always been there.But you have to pay your premiumeither onlineor by phone.because there is no agent in Redding.being that you cant walk in the door and actually pay your bill I give them one star simply because you can .with all of their competitors.so thats a very bad thing as far as Im concerned .cuz sometimes you just have to go in and talk to him face-to-face about a problem ,and you simply cannot do that.But I think their serviceand their ability to fix problemsif you have an accident is second to none.

Im new to Geico, after only with them a couple of weeks i had to make a claim. That was 2wks ago, keep getting the run around,they said I didnt have full coverage,I do. They were supposed to send me a copy of my policy, havent gotten it yet. Someone working on the claim for me called Tues. about 5pm I was driving and asked him to call back in 10min.that was 5 days agoYour customer service sucks! I am truly regretting this choice of insurance companys. Im having buyers remorse!!!!😈

I was with Geico for 15 plus years for them to treat me like Im just nobody you know they are fake not what you think and they dont care about you and its only the money that they care about but what you expect from the insurance company anyways I dont know if theres anything else in relationships but loyalty should be one of the key factors here in any relationship but as usual in any relationship you find out in the long run what kind of person your really dealing with I wish they had some morrals and maybe take a look at them selfs and see what they are allowed to get away with this armed robbery that is forced upon the populations by law I hope they have some awnser s when they get to the gates of heaven because this is truly dirty act that they are doing to people is it not goes around comes around

I was with them for years, and when I needed them after an accident, they did everything fast and accurate. Customer service was impressive. Ive had quite a few car insurances and for me, customer service makes or breaks the company. I didnt leave Geico because of their service, I left because of their rates. They more than doubled my insurance when they found out I had a violation on my record from 2 years prior. Why did they wait 2 years? I dont know. Why did they increase it by more then double my previous rate, I dont know. They also told me I would be getting a 25.00 refund in the mail because I cancelled my policy before the period was up. yeah, never got that. Would I recommend them? If you dont have any blemishes on your driving record, yes, if you do, no. Go find some small company that doesnt charge that much, drive carefully, and when your record is clear, go to Geico. Being honest. And dont skim on coverage. If you can afford it, get it. You could regret it. Its best to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.
