I would never ever use a freeway insurance as long as I live. If I could give it negative stars I would. They lie and steal from you. My husband called to set up insurance for our new car, he was quoted a price we told them that was to much wasnt going to pay 300 to start I definitely could go elsewhere for better, the lady ok one sec oh I have one for 100+ to start and 97 a month ok great. Low and behold they a week later charged the extra 200 after many times of being on recording telling them that was a price we couldnt do period, then were told to basically sit on it. We had to call our bank for fraud. I would never recommend this company. There thiefs, they have zero customer service they just want to see dollar bills over caring for quality of service. My advice be absolutely careful with this company. (Lets add they see the post, respond then delete the response after we actually do call and try to speak with them, dodging every call made to them. I was pleasantly surprised today when I was contacted by Sara Rodriguez, after requesting an insurance quote, I had not been contacted by any one else for almost 2 days. She called and asked if I was still In need of an insurance quote. I called for a quote gave my vehicle identification number along with my drives license number to run my info and give me an exact price so I could pay without any surprises. She took all that gave me A SET PRICE just for me to call back and be told “you talked to the MANAGER Louisa ( or something around those lines) and she didn’t run your information.. so the rate is now this...... I ASKED SPECIFICALLY to GET EXACT DOLLAR AMOUNT and they gave me false information and acted like they ran my info very upsetting.

Very irritated at this point. The first time me and my mom was there they quoted us for 108 dollars then told us to come back because we were missing information the guy that was helping us left early (for family reasons-I get it). Come back on Monday and not only did the quote go up a extra 50 dollars but they need more information and told us that they would call me at 5pm and get everything situated so all I had to do was sign electronically-nobody ever called. I am irritated because they seem real personable but they are fake and do not follow through with what they say they are going to do. If all possible take your business elsewhere

Normally there is only one worker and I have to wait around an hour every time i go there

They quoted me at 60 bucks for insurance then after paying a 600 dollar down payment my bill came and it was 200 and all they said i can do is cancel, for a fee of course
