Watt avenue location in Sacramento is not very friendly. Suffering from Crohn s disease the new staff would not let me use the bathroom. Florin road location is friendly and professional. This insurance company is mainly for Hispanics . So far its just okay, I have a few things that bother me

THEY HAVE BEEN MY BETTER HALF WHEN IT COMES TO INSURANCE.. THE GUYS ARE WELL MANARD AND ANSWER EVERY QUESTION AS BEST TO THER ABILITY.. THANK YOU GUYS FOR YOUR SERVICE..( HAVE BEEN WITH LOYA TWICE NOW..) RECOMMEND THEM FOR YOUR INSURANCE NEEDS !!..
