Kevin was awesome helping me even if I was lost and overwhelmed

Kevin Guinn is a below average insurance agent. One time I had an accident claim they knew it was the other drivers fault but what do they do make me lose my 1000 dollar deductible and didn’t go after travelers insurance. Don’t recommend anyone to come here especially if guinn is gonna handle the claim since he’ll just sit in his office won’t really care if you don’t have a form of transportation especially when you have kids. I happily switched to State Farm better service and they fight for you during a claim rather than taking money from you. Warning: Kevin Guinn= Money coming out of your pocket.

Kevin does not know how to run his business. He hired someone named jasmine who does not know anything and has an attitude. Kendra was better she took care of service really well but when you want to talk to Kevin Guinn he is never in his office. I just filed a claim and it wasnt my fault and they just gave up on the case. The claim adjusters take 3 to 4 weeks to call back. They sent me to a place where my car would be fixed and it did not get fixed on time. Therefore everyone take your business where it is appreciated and where it is cheaper. I dont even give them one star.

If I were you I go somewhere else this guy doesnt help you when comes to accident claim department lame I would take my business somewhere else get lost youre not gonna get my business again or my relatives next time you text Ill tell everyone you begged me to take down my review over the phone while you were acting like a psycho now youre acting nice ps good luck with your business Im happy I dont have to pay 268 dollars for horrible service.

Kevin and his team are really great and sure helped me when I needed help! I sure do recommend them.
