First I just want to shout out to Ms. Baker....WOW what a review ??? I dont know what kind of meds your on but WOW.Jim Lee Agency is awesome customer service and the claims process was explained so I had no surprises and i was compensated well above the figure I had in my head.For some the rates might be higher but for others the rates might be lower. For myself the rates are right for the personal service I continue to be spoiled with. They always know my name and know what is important in my life and any given moment. they even ask about my cat Ralph.I will be with Jim Lee Agency until I no longer need insurance.

Last week he was still was sending me bills when he ..is not my agent..he came to my house ..offered me money ..cash for dinner or somethingHe did something he said he was going to do..I said..no..do not do that ...He was my agent for about 24 hours.I told him something was undone ..and he texted ..he was not going to do anything .about anything regarding me..and it involved the thing he had said he was going to do and I had told him..noStill recently getting bills from his office ...his name

Basically had an adjuster marked my car as totaled down played my interiors and perks that came with my car. Offered me a thousand dollars less than what the car was still worth. Took our vihicle and paid the remainder to the dealer ship. I was so much under the impression that they would take out car and send us a check. Soo now we dont have a car or money to go get another car. I could had simply kept on paying the car off and use that cash to get another vehicle. Just too much money being spent on making payments on a car and insurance. Get into our first accident they took our car and paid the dealership out. If that was the case I would had kept the car paid the dealership out myself and sold the car to be fix by a machanic. Because that exactly what farmers is going to do with my car. Fix it up and sell it for more than what it was work to gain some profits back. ( far cry from the adjuster literally stating in order for you guys to recieve the check on this vihicle we have to pick up the car.... picks up car send check to dealership okay. When my friend got into an accident he was sent a check and it was hit fault and had payments left of his car)

Was paying one something added another car it went to 400 than back down to 2 something. Geico Im on my way. I know people with more cars than me been in an accident and not paying what Im paying g for just two cars

Looking to switch Insurance this one getting too expensive for two cars and if you get into a wreck they wont fully pay out and leave you stuck with a bill
