Ive worked with MANISHA from Farmers Insurance for about 2 years now, and Im not sure why I didnt think of writing this review for them earlier. Her response times for our C.O.I. requests are impeccable. One day I called her in a mad rush, and needed a certificate of insurance within the hour, and she immediately provided what I needed via email. With service like this why go anywhere else? I switched my auto insurance from a broker and I couldn’t have been more happy! I absolutely love this agency and my agent Yael Morales has been so helpful for everything. I was in an accident 2 months ago and he offered to file my claim and guided my through the entire process. He willingly followed up to check the status for me and got AAA to pay me for my damages because they were taking a while with the claim. I am extremely happy with my agent! I know if I ever need something he will be there to help me and advise me. He did more than I ever expected him to do which is why I will remain as a client of his. I also have my renters policy with him. Thanks for being a great and honest agent!

The owner Ally, Jaclyn, Megan and staff are awesome. I have multiple business and personal likes with them. They understand insirance is really about having proper, comprehensive and adequate coverage for family and business. They have been very proactive in ensuring my insurance needs are fully met without me having to ask. They will take a look at your entire portfolio and make recommendations based off of your specific needs.If you think insurance policies are supposed to be cookie cutter, then your probably not doing it right. I feel they are a partner, not an insurance company. Do yourself a favor and give them a call .
