This office is the absolute best! have been a State Farm customer since about 2008 and have been a client with a few different agents. I can tell you not all agents/offices are the same. Barbara Etrick’s team is the best. I always get the answers to my questions and the help I need and I get it fast. They are amazing at checking in to make sure I have all the coverage I need without pressuring me to add coverage I don’t need.Zaray is the person who usually helps me out. She is the gold star of the team. She is always fun to talk to, remembers the small details and makes sure I am taken care of. She makes something as unexciting as a talk about insurance something I look forward too. She has kept me with this office even when I lived hours away. These are the best insurance agents you can ever ask for. I have been with them for about 6 years. They have been there through our ups and downs. They handle every thing from billing to helping make claims with total care. I use them for all my vehicles which include a lot custom work and never had an issue with coverage. They dont try to force me to pay extra like other insurances for custom applications. I trust them having life insurance in which I have two policies, and they insure my home. They gave my shop great coverage as well. I do a lot of custom work for customers and they always have an issue claiming their losses with other insurance companies until I connect them with Barbara Etricks Office. Every single person in that office is great with customer service and professional in their area. Thank you Barbara and team!

I am going to shop around this place has set me up for auto pay 3 times after clearing being told I dont want to be set up for AP. Then they insisted I pay a additional months after the last time. Every since my insurance guy left they have been rude and unwilling to work with me. Years later Barbara herself has been very helpful more recently going out of her way to make sure I got the help I needed. I not a current customer at this time but with how helpful she has been I would definitely be open to working with this office again.
