Hi! I was washing some some quilts here. Close to home and shopping. I only go once in awhile. I went in, asked to buy some soap and was told they no longer sell products but she found some and gave it to me. I put my clothes in the washer and could not find the soap dispenser. The lady told me it is on top. I can’t even see the top! I’m 5’3”. She directed me to a step stool which I used. A little shaky on top step. Then I made my selections and couldn’t find the coin dispenser. Luckily my mentor, Judy(wonderful attendant) knew just how to use my credit card and, voila!, it worked. Then a fella came in with a grocery bag of clothes to wash. He loaded up the washer and, also, couldn’t find coin dispenser. He asked Judy about it and she explained the process. Sadly, he removed his clothes and left. He was so disheartened. I tried to think how I could help but, regretfully, did not think of using my card.You need at least 2 or 3 coin operated machines to accommodate everyone. I felt badly for the guy. He just wanted to wash his clothes.

Awesome, large, and quarter free! No more feeding 20 plus quarters in each machine. Easy pay screens. And fast dry.

Clean and well attended, with plenty of machines to go around! Love using the app as opposed to coins or cards, and its super easy once you get the hang of it...

TERRIBLE customer service! I had a photoshoot and at the very last minute after going over details the seamstress could not do the job! I could have taken it elsewhere if I was notified properly, no apologies, no NOTHING! Were not gonna even talk about the clothes I got back that was still STAINED!

So apparently half the big machines are down. So if youre planning to do laundry give yourself extra time. According to the attendant they will not be fixed for another 3 weeks. Im going to tell you this because no one else will.

Good when you have no washer and dryer at home. Big and small washers for every need.

The establishment provides a clean space to do ones laundry but- with the exception of Judy - the remainder of the staff is consistently rude and unwilling to be of assistance to their customers. They spend more time on their phone and ignoring the fact that there is a business going on around them. Go up the street to Booms Laundry and support a family operation that values their customers

Not a bad place to do laundry, prices are one of the best Ive found in the area. They recently changed their system from using a laundry card to using a wallet. You sign up with your phone number and add money. Starting your machines via the computer on the wall is awesome, however when multiple people need to, it can be a wait. Hopefully theyll come up with an app where you can do all the same from the app on your smartphone. Nobody really likes doing laundry, and def dont like to have to use the laundromat, lets make it easier to just get it done stress-free.

This is the dirtiest laundry I have seen in a while. 1/2 the machines were out of service. And the atmosphere gave nothing. Service was poor as well. LaundrYuP and booms are much better.

Not a bad place to do laundry & people watch. Could use a few upgrades--- more seating, a coffee/tea bar (or at least a Keurig, but know the upkeep on that!), fresh paint, new floors. I like the card system accepting debit/credit cards, only wish more locations had that.

Received expedited 24 hr turn around on a very urgent formal dress. My client also agreed, it looked better than when she bought it. Thank you, staff at Saco and So. Portland.

Its completely inappropriate to have all the lights turned off when a customer still has laundry to pick up before 8. I arrived at 7:50pm to get my laundry out and the attendant made me do it in the dark. I think I will find some where else to go from now on.

Good general cleaner. Best in this area IMO. Also a laundromat, though I havent used that.
