Just moved to Saco and joined this gym for the great classes they offer!

Great gym! Great environment for whatever your fitness needs!

Really nice facility, but some of the guys doing BJJ or something gave off weird macho vibes. Other people who werent there to fight seemed more normal, though.

I’ve been working out and taking classes at this gym for roughly 2.5 months, great community, friendly, and absolutely amazing both technical based as well as functionality. Boxing classes are the highlight of my week and as I’ve decided to add more classes to do (submission, takedown, bjj, and hopefully kickboxing in the future) I believe they’ll also become highlights of my week(s). I’ve definitely found a great place to both work out at and simply be at. I recommend this gym highly amongst my friends. Amazing gym.

If you want to improve yourself or gain new skills, accept no substitute. I have worked with every trainer/coach and have never had a negative experience. Every member of staff is dedicated to the facility and its members. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Need I say more?

Such a great gym and atmosphere!!! Child care there is amazing! They have it upstairs and the room has lots of toys and it is well kept up. They also do a great job of keeping the kids safe with a secured security door. I highly recommend the basic striking and Boxing classes. The coach who teaches both those classes was very friendly and knowledgeable. He definitely made the class fun and exciting. The other people taking the class were also taking the class were so friendly and went out of their way to welcome me. The facility is also extremely clean and sanitary. Its not like other gyms I have trained at in the past. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to take martial arts, instructor taught fitness classes or just looking for a place to workout on your own.

I’m editing my review because signing up for a membership at this place is literally the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. I feel great every day. Classes are varied and instructional styles between instructors are very different. Attendance varies and I must have hit the gym the first day when everybody happened to be there. Upon getting to know people everybody is very welcoming and kind. Boxing class is the highlight of my week and I always look forward to it.I loved the content of the beginner boxing class. It was intense and I felt like I was able to adapt it to my level. Unfortunately, both beginner classes I went to had about ten experienced boxers/fighters, and maybe three or four beginners. It was very intimidating and uncomfortable, and instruction was stretched thin to allow time for experienced fighters. Maybe offer more intermediate instruction so beginners can have their own space in the gym.

Best gym in the area! Bery friendly & knowledgeable staff and best part about it my kids can come work out with me too or participate in any of the classes the offer throughout the week. I really enjoy going here!

Apparently kids training to be wrestlers is too inconvenient for their business so the kicked them all out. Not a gym I will be using or suggesting to friends.

One of the best gyms in new England. Top notch coaches for multiple sports including: mma, bjj, powerlifting, Olympic lifting. Has a daycare too

I popped in the day before the Grand Opening and have to say the place looks amazing! Having spent over 40 years in one kind of a gym or another, there is a profound difference in being built from the ground up for this purpose. The attention to detail is on par with that of our world class craft brewing scene! Turf, flooring, racks, rings, trx, bumper plates, etc send the clear message that whatever it takes to get you in peak condition is at your disposal. Even though they were hanging bags and had dumbbells to rack, Taylor offered to give me a tour of the place and filled me in on the class structure (free admission to all members) rate structure and features that will make this the training hall for MMA/Boxing. They will offer the youth programming so desperately needed to pry kids away from their screens and compensate for the overall lack of physical activity so prevalent today. Im pretty confident that the desk-bound find enough tools to regain their mobility and earn the occasional craft brew calories.I think Southern Maine deserves and should support a facility like this... well be stronger for it!
