This store is great!!!..Jacob is wonderful and so was the manager..so professional and friendly. I wish I could give them 10 stars because they deserve it for the way they make their customers feel.

Employees were very helpful in attempting to help me locate what I was looking for. I was seeking bungee cords for securing some items in my work vehicle; although this DG location didnt have any, I did find some decent braided poly rope to use in the interim. Good experience.

Horrible experience. Waited a full ten minutes at the register and nobody came. They finally showed up all three of them. Unsure where they were or what they were doing. Thankfully Sachse is full of honest people. They rung up two items that were inaccurately priced. Charged $4.50 when it should have been $4.25. Its not about the money, its the principle of honesty and integrity and work ethic. Of course the manager did not apologize for my wasted time and gave me an attitude. Ill never come here again.

Great store. Everyone is always working, straightening shelves or stocking. Greeted every time I walk in, Jacob is always there and he makes sure I have what I need every time. ☺️

There is always only one worker that seems to be found in the entire store. So whenever there are multiple people needing help finding something or needing to check out, you end up spending more time just standing in line or looking for a worker than anything else. Now the workers have always been extremely polite in my experience. But only having one person is an issue.

They had everything I needed, very nice, friendly people. I would have given them 4 stars, but the restroom hasnt been repaired yet.

Customer service is terrible. If you coupon then they will try to harass you.

This store is clean and organized unlike some.

The young man who was working alone, I believe his name was Matt. I hope I got that right because he was absolutely awesome!!! He helped me so much. I spent a lot of time shopping here and got some great deals! The young man who opened on New Years was absolutely awesome!! Whom ever hired this young man should be applauded!

Nice staff but did not have couple of items I normally get from there.

One of the staff members at this Dollar General is very rude. He Wait on his customers like he has a bad taste in his mouth, and looks like he’d rather be anywhere else in the world. He is cold, unapproachable, and frankly he’s downright rude. The scary part is I think he may be the manager . Not real sure on that one... he is a bigger guy with a scowl on his face You can’t miss him. The other staff in the store seem to be Pretty friendly I wonder why anyone would put him at the register instead of one of the more friendly employeesAlso on multiple occasions I’ve gone to the store and gotten something that I thought was on sale but it rang up wrong. Instead of honoring the sale price that was posted they refuse to do so saying that somebody forgot to say change the signs. One time it’s believable five or six times is apathy.The one down the road is a hot mess but at least the people that work there a friendly…

Always dirty. Crowded isles. They hire ghetto folk before they hire the more respectful people. Stinks. Must do way better at ALLLL locations around the metroplex.

Cleaner and a bit more organized than the Wylie location but overall Im unhappy with the layout and size of these stores. Pick up your game Dollar General or get lost in the dust of Dollar Tree.

Went to this location the other day and bought some items and of the items i bought two tracfones one for $5 and one for $9. When i got home to activate the phones i got an error message on both phones telling me that the phones were too old and cannot be activated.
