Full Disclosure, I am employed by HiTech. This being the case, I have never worked for an organization who sets such high standards for customer satisfaction. I absolutely love HiTech and the men and women who make this company great.

They are contracted to provide internet to my apartment block and it never works. Most of the time there is a router signal with no internet connection. We call constantly to get it fixed but it only will work for a day at a time.

This is the worst internet service Ive ever used. Its constantly down and none of the technicians will fix it. They patch it and it will work for maybe an hour and then its back down again. If it was possible Id leave 0 stars.

Stopped on a whim and they had the RAM upgrade I needed. Thank you!
