She frequently checked in to make sure the pain was bearable and constantly allowed me the chance to end mid-session. The room where the waxing happened was clean and private. This was my first visit so naturally I was nervous and curious as it’s been a while since I’ve had a wax. They checked me in a little later than my appointment, but I was still given full attention and not rushed. Jill was a joy to wax with. I’m much older than she is, but I felt like I was in there with my home girl! Super funny and knowledgeable and chatted with me the whole time making the wax experience more comfy than I expected. She was very thorough down to the tweezers! We laughed like old besties for a good 30 minutes. The salon was very clean and I loved the aesthetics. I’m looking forward to my next visit. Great reviews and I was able to book next day.Booking was super easy, all online, choose your service and time, put a card on file to hold my appointment. Got confirmation emails and texts soon after to lay out their policies and I was all set.Showed up early for my appointment and checked in via text and my esthetician, Alyssa, responded and greeted me at the door (with a mask, masks not required by customers). She checked me in, walked me back to our room, succinctly laid out what the process was going to be in a friendly manner (standard fill out a form, prep for service).The service was excellent. Alyssa was highly professional, conversational, and made me extremely comfortable. Shes skilled in what she does and although I didnt have a frame of reference to request someone at Lunchbox, I absolutely will for my follow up appointment. The session flew by (under 30min) and I couldnt be happier with the results.TL:DR - Thrilled to have found a great waxing place around the corner from me up north. Easy to book, Alyssa was fantastic, excellent service, results, and prices. Will absolutely continue to go to Lunchbox going forward!

Came in to see Jill during training and she did amazing!! So much attention to detail and when comparing to my usual Brazilian wax from European Wax Center, this experience was so much less painful. The wax they use is much gentler on the skin. She also did a great job on my brows. I am very happy with all my results and I’ll definitely be coming back.

My aesthetician moved away earlier this year, so I was in desperate need of a wax after months without having one 🙈. After a ton of research I decided on LunchboxWax, mainly due to the reviews about the cleanliness of their establishment.I just left my appointment with Jill and I am completely blown away. Not only was Jill super fast and gentle (I was in and out in under 30 minutes for a full Brazilian), she had a great “bedside manner” and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She was phenomenal! I found my new aesthetician! (Yay me!)Oh yeah, the place is immaculate. Very, very clean. Nicely decorated and smells great. The rooms are super clean as well and I liked the fact that they had a lock on the door some no one can accidentally walk in on you. Overall experience, 10/10!

The cancellation policy is not realistic and they will take your money no matter what. I had a gift card and was inaccurately charged. The manager refused to provide a receipt of the charges, and was blatantly rude. Not sure what happened to customer service, but it sure isn’t quality at lunchbox wax.In response to your feedback - yes, the owner did surprisingly call me in attempt to “make things right”. However, let’s not leave out the facts that upon my request to have the owner call me, when my gift card balance and receipt was not provided, and I was charged for the wax I didn’t get, ..... your manager stated “the owner doesn’t call people, my word as the manager is the final word”. If you have disrespectful people as your front line staff, your business will be compromised. I have read several reviews on how rude the manager is ... you seem to ignore this as the owner. Also, your 24 hour text message notification was sent 6 hours prior to the apt. The refund you say was provided still included me paying for the wax that I never had. I reviewed our text conversation and there is no request for my email. Lots of miscommunication and dissatisfaction, all over a need to change an appointment and an ego driven manager.

My friend owns the place and I decided to try it out to support the business. I’m a guy and I’ve never had any waxing done. I did my back, nostrils, and the manzillion. A few sensitive areas, but definitely not as painful as it’s portrayed in movies and such. The staff were very professional. I recommend 100%

I could not have been happier with my wax from lunchbox! I was a little nervous at first by my waxer made me feel 100% comfortable. This was also by far the least painful wax I have ever gotten! They took their time with me and I could tell their staff cared about not only my wax but my experience as a whole. Their studio is also super clean and took all Covid precautions. They even had a clean vs. dirty pen cup for after you sign a waiver! I would definitely return and recommend friends to go there.

This was my first leg wax experience and it was great! I was ready to toss out my razor after I left. Excellent covid precautions, good conversation, clean rooms, pretty painless (all things considered) and super smooth legs!Since that was my first visit - I used their buy one get one promotion and came back for a 2nd free wax.Sadly the 2nd appointment left much to be desired. I left with a few missed patches, wax still on my legs and not nearly as smooth as it was the first time around. I had to follow up with a razor in the areas that were missed when I got home and get in the shower so my legs werent sticky. (I didnt need to do any of this the first time)Still enjoyed the experience overall and my waxologist was great to chat with but definitely wish she would have been more precise.May have been a fluke day but I think Ill shop around and try a few other places before returning. Really disappointing because their location is super convenient for me too!
