Jorge was so amazing to work with, before, during and after our wedding! He worked with me to make sure I had all the moments and things I wanted captured. He was easy to communicate with, very professional, and does a beautiful job editing video. I feel like I can relive my wedding over and over which is a true treasure. He went above and beyond what we had agreed on to make sure our videos were perfect, and his videos have been my favorite part of our wedding so far! Jorge at Waterloo Films is beyond amazing. He did our wedding this past January and was extremely understanding and flexible when we had to move our date from May 2020 - and still did a perfect job capturing our day despite having a wedding during COVID. Jorge is incredible at his job! Him and his crew pay very close attention to details and it shows in the final product. Jorge was so great! He was able to capture our wedding beautifully. He asked us exactly what we wanted a delivered a wonderful final product. I love the short films for sharing and the wedding video was so special to watch with my husband! He made sure the final product was exactly what we wanted and he even went back and added additional dancing into our final video! Jorge was so accommodating, and the videos were wonderful! Jorge was fantastic! Friendly, professional and very hard working. We hired him solo with no helpers and were extremely impressed with all he captured, running multiple cameras and somehow being everywhere at once he got all the best bits and so much more. Highly recommended!

Jorge and Waterloo Films did the most fantastic job documenting our wedding. As many of you will find out, your wedding day goes by so fast and so much is happening. I was so worried that there wouldnt be enough material to put something amazing together. Well, let me tell you, Jorge killed it. What he put together for my husband and me was truly priceless. I am overwhelmed with emotion every time I watch it. He truly has a gift of capturing all the right moments and putting it with exactly the right music (just like a movie). If you are trying to find someone to capture one of the most important days you will have, you shouldnt hesitate in booking Waterloo Films. I am quite the perfectionist and he has exceeded all my expectations. And, to top it all off, he is so easy to work with and such a nice guy. You absolutely cant go wrong here.

It has been so much fun reliving our special day - it is amazing how much you forget. Jorge was extremely easy to work with throughout the whole process - he made it extremely easy to plan the day of and I felt that it was fairly hands-off on our part, which we really appreciated.When we received our videos back, we were absolutely blown away by the quality and how much it perfectly captured the feeling of the day. I cant say enough good things about Jorge and the Waterloo Films team! My sisters friend recommended them, and after seeing some of the sample films, I was SOLD! I absolutely LOVE his style! Jorge was very easy to work with, and the price was extremely reasonable. No surprise, I was in tears when we saw the videos! He did such an incredible job of capturing all of the special moments of the day (and so many things I missed while I was running around everywhere)! I highly recommend him to anyone thinking about hiring a videographer for their wedding!

A videographer was the only vendor missing from our wedding day line up. I pushed hard for one early on in the planning process, but it had to be cut to accommodate other things. Well, six weeks before our wedding my dad realized this event needed to be caught on film and man, are we all SO happy he changed his mind and even MORE happy that Jorge was available so close to our date! Jorge was a joy to work with, reasonably priced and totally knocked it out of the park with our film. Our wedding was perfect and Im so thrilled to be able to relive our day as many times as I want.

I found Waterloo Films and immediately fell in love with Jorges work. He produced wedding videos unlike most videographers on the market in Austin. He was easy to work with and responded to questions right away. He also was very helpful working within our budget.Every person that has seen the wedding video has cried and said they loved it. I didnt cry at the wedding but every time I watch the video I tear up. Jorge has a wonderful talent of capturing the beauty and essence of the day. I would highly recommend going with his package that includes the short film. Its wonderful to have the ceremony, speeches and dances but the magic is all in the short film. Its where Jorge really shines above the rest of the videographers out there.After much research, I found that other vendors will just show highlights of the day and put it to music. Jorge will actually have the music of your choice as well as speeches and vows and it is put together so beautifully. You can tell he listens to the vows or speeches, basically what people are saying and finds the perfect clip to go with it. In my sisters speeches they spoke about when I was little and how I loved to dance. In the video he had that clip of my sisters speech and put it to a clip of my husband and I dancing to our first dance. Its the detail that Jorge really understands well. Living in the Austin, TX area I have seen Jorge’s work over the years and I always wanted him to shoot our wedding but our issue was we were having a destination wedding in Oregon. My wife and I had searched for a videographer up in the Pac Northwest for a long time but never found one who’s work we really fell in love with. We decided that it would be worth it to fly Jorge up to Oregon because we knew the finished product would be incredible and it truly was! Jorge (Waterloo Films) captured so many little details from our wedding day and retold the story in such a way that we were able to experience the euphoria all over again. The full videos are great to have but where Jorge truly shines is in the creation of the short videos.
