Went in early and with the digital checkin it gave me the option to take an earlier slot. Service was swift and courteous! I requested to have the IV in my hand since it’s easier for me and the tech was amazing.I hate having blood drawn but this was a really positive experience.
In and out for a drug screening in under 20 minutes. The girl at the front desk was polite. She was working the desk and also assisting patients. If your wait time is longer than mine, please consider that there may be a good reason for it.
I saw the negative reviews prior to my visit but when I arrived, I was a bit early and I was called back immediately. The technician, Breonna, was very professional, courteous, and personable. She was quick and efficient without rushing. Overall it was a great experience!
It’s just an OK experience. Have you ever done Quest Diagnostics? Yeah, it’s about on-par with that experience. You come in, check in on the iPad and wait to be called back. The front office is only present to call you to the front to confirm your appointment and bring you back. The woman I had was monotone and lifeless (relatable). It’s not a “I’m here to help” it’s more of a “robotic, help yourself” type of environment. And hey, if that’s what you like, that’s on you.
Brianna was incredible! She had me in and out with no incident in under 10 minutes!
Exellent place to take blood test customer service is great just walk in and out I recommend appointment for better services .
The lady that was there didnt take my tempture when I got there or follow any COVID protocol. And when she did my employment test she did not do it correctly.
Did a walk in for employment drug screen, waited almost 2 hours and had to leave because they were not calling people fast enough. Decided to schedule an appt instead for the following day, received email and text confirmation and once I checked in and came up to the counter the individual working here tells me she doesnt have me or anyone listed for that appt. I showed her 2 confirmations of the appt and she said maybe its not for this location, even though email and text both say this location at a specified time. So, she told me to check in on the kiosk and that i would have to wait few hours because she is the only one working today. This was an excuse for my previous visit as well, she was the only one working. Will I get to piss in a cup today? Probably not.
Was in and out pretty quickly. However, have waited over 2 weeks (stated max turnaround time) for my results and still nothing. I have emailed and called with no response. Not very good customer service. Whats the point of a test when you cant get the results?
The ladies that are supposed to HELP you in the waiting room were incredibly rude. One of them hardly acknowledged me and didn’t even take her eyes off the computer. I drove 1 hour and 15 minutes (one way) for digital finger printing and had to go back without having my finger prints done. Do not recommend due to rude staff and lack of care for their patients/customers. I would give it a 0/5 if it were possible.
Abrupt borderline rude employees. Having to use the automated check in where you have to touch the machine in the middle of a pandemic seems a little tone deaf
I had to go in for an employee wellness thing and I was nervous about how things would go with covid 19 precautions. Turns out it was really easy. I got to check-in from my car in the parking lot and wait there until I was texted to come in. I spent maybe 5 minutes inside the waiting room til my name was called and they had the seating spread out and only a few other people waiting. The blood draw didnt take long and I was quickly on my way.
Where are my LABCORP test results? Day 9 now since we submitted our blood samples for Covid antibodies. (We were told to expect results in 2-3 days) NO COMMUNICATION. No email. Nobody answers the phone. No information on their website (even when we login to their site with the credentials they gave us). Nothing... if you need results LabCorp is NOT the lab for you!
Always a great experience when I visit labcorp. The staff is professional and knowledgeable
Check in was quick and easy! The young lady that took care of me was great, she was funny, personable, and made me feel relaxed. She took my blood, Hulk sad (inside joke-had to be there), but was quick and efficient, Hulk happy! I was in and out in 15 minutes! Great experience!!
This is by far the BEST LabCorp that Ive ever been to. I always get there before they open and am in and out. The 2 ladies that work the front desk are friendly, courteous and professional. I highly recommend this LabCorp. Its on the 2nd floor and easy to get to.
We found the staff very courteous, friendly, and skillful... Peak demand correlates with consumer impatience. Fortunately, some of us can choose to get lab at off-peak hours. After 40 years as phlebotomist, I appreciate skill and know that skill is not enhanced by impatience.
Quick and friendly. Literally didn’t even spend 10 minutes here. My husband was on his way up the elevator after he parked the car and I was already done. Clean facility and courteous staff.
Looked at a lot of past ratings of this place, many which were negative. Went there myself today, admitting to some trepidation because of what I read. But all went much better than I had expected. Was greeted cordially by Tiffany, who was nothing but polite, responsive and professional, and funny too! The only delay I had was myself, who actually had to donate a sample. Otherwise, the process was so well-executed and smooth that it felt like I was in there 5 minutes from start to finish. Drug screening is not one of my favorite things to do, but thanks to this place, its something I definitely dont DREAD!
Checked in online, got there on time and check in on site was easy. I was out within 10 minutes. Staff was nice too
I called Lab Corp in Round Rock to see if they had a test available for a patient. Whomever answered the phone should not be working with the general public especially when it come to medical information. She was extremely RUDE and lacked any kind of work ethic. A simple question asking if they had a specific test doesnt deserve a I dont know two times in a row when you are clocked in. I even googled the test and told her exactly what it was. Only to be given more attitude and then to be placed on hold and left there.Funny how calling another location got me the answer within seconds...
Their information seriously needs to update. Just to save anyone the drive, which Ive now done TWICE, they dont do drug screening after 3pm. Now I will have to drive up here 3 times for 1 damn test. Tell your employers that use them to make sure thats included in the email they give you to go. Good grief.
Shocked at how awful and mean the Asian lady behind the counter was to me. I got drug screening email from employer and rushed there before they stopped drug screening at 11. This lady asked for a registration number and ID. I hand her the ID and tell her I’m going to quickly look up the number in an email. She gives a big sigh so it makes me nervous and I ask her if she sees the number in the email so I show her my phone. She finds it and as she’s entering it she says “I’m always doing people’s work for them. Like, get your stuff together.” Out loud to me. No one else was around. As I walk out, another guy gets in the elevator and asked if I had the Asian lady helping me. He then expressed how rude she was, not knowing my interaction with her.
Updated 8/1/17 - Got in to this place today. The process was still extremely slow... I was there for over an hour. I will say the people were polite and professional. I didnt experience any rudeness. Although they did tell people who came in late that their hours tomorrow for drug screens are 9 am to 3 pm, which I feel is slightly misleading when it specifically says online that they are closed for lunch every day.7/31/18 - Im supposed to be taking a drug screen for a new position. I left work at 2:30ish with a fifteen minute drive, knowing that some of these places apparently cut off people at 3.Got over here and couldnt find the place. Building isnt labeled, and if you try to call them you get menus that last several minutes before getting to an option that supposedly connects you to someone. I did that twice, and got a recording both times, before it said memory full and hung up on me. So I never could reach anyone.Apparently, its in the St. Davids surgical center. By the time I got in there at 3:04 they had a big sign that said NO MORE DRUG SCREENS!Great system.
I was in and out within 30 minutes for a drug screen which is extremely quick. The reason I didn’t give a 5 is because the two girls working were having a personal conversation & continued the conversation despite me waiting to be helped which was a little rude but other than that, service was quick & easy; no line at all
I was worried seeing the bad reviews, but my drug screen was quick and painless, and all the employees were very nice. Everyone I witnessed, including a lady who had a bad experience previously, was treated kindly and promptly. Only complaint was they opened on time, but did not have the computer running until about 10 minutes in. Im assuming management has addresses concerns in previous reviews, because my experience was very positive.
The Staff was so rude, especially that Asian lady. She gave me so much attitude the minute I walked in to take a drug test. I know working there can be tiring but my goodness, at least fake a smile or something.
I am not sure why people wrote so many bad things. But We have been there today and it was awesome. Everyone was super friendly and professional.
I love this lab corp. The girls are so nice!! I go here all the time and I never have any trouble. Sometimes it’s really busy but that’s not their fault! The people in the waiting room are always so rude, I don’t know if it’s because they have to get their blood drawn or what. So most of these bad reviews don’t actually reflect the service you get.
Summary: they dont answer phones, dont have forms ready, slow, and dont make it easy to schedule appointments. Pretty office that seems cleanDetail: Tried calling multiple times to schedule appointment and get info but never got an answer, then after taking time off from work and driving 20 minutes they tell us we need to fill out a form that they cant print out, but we can go to FedEx and print out online. Very inconvenient. The staff here is not customer caring or aware.Clean facility
Staff was very not very friendly, and they discarded my sample for being too warm, even with the temperature strip showing it in range. Ive taken countless UAs for work before and never had a problem until I went here. My work rescheduled me to go same day elsewhere and I was in and out without any problems. I suggest using quest diagnostics over these folks.
I was was treated so rudely for no reason.I was practically rushed out the door.I came here for biometrics and to take a drug test for a job I start tomorrow (2 birds one stone). The lady acted like I was a drug addict or something. She acted like working on me was the worst thing to ever happen to her.I get some clients can be a headache but nice and courteous and dont feel I deserved that.
My moms appointment was at 3 but they close their manifest at 3. So if you are 1 minute late they would not accept it even though there was a scheduled appointment. Tried calling to contact someone on the way there to let them know and kept being rerouted to automated messages. HORRIBLE. Just God awful. Ladies at the front desk were gossiping about my mom when she went back. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!
I sat and waited for 2 hours before being called even though people came in after me that did not have any appointments! I will never use this location again. Also there was no sense of urgency or care for the patients!
One of the worst places went during my lunch break to do a drug screening for my school application and the person upfront told the wait is 45 min, and i could make an appointment online. When i see the online appointment schedule they dont have any openings until the next week they one slot available, and they dont do Saturdays for drug screenings. I go back again another 45 min wait just for drug screening. where I need to just collect urine specimen in a cup. Rude front desk. I would not prefer give even 1 star.
We went last fall to get blood tests done for my 10-year-old daughter. The technician made several errors in preparing the test, which made the result invalid and it had to be redone weeks later. He also put a bandage containing latex on my daughter after informing him that my daughter had a latex allergy. Not a good experience.
After reading reviews i was nervous ,i work at 9am and was disappointed to see on the door they dont start employee drug screens until 9.I went inside at 8:40 am to get on the list, all the ladies were really nice and went started processing my drug screen emmidiatly ! (: ,I walked out at 8:50 AM.they must have made some changes in staffing .
This location is even worse than Reaserch location..Lazy and never answers the phone.
After reading all of these negative reviews i decided to post about my experience at the Round Rock LabCorpI arrived 15 min early and was taken right back to get my tests done. The tech that did the blood draw was very professional and got me taken care of.
The wait time is absolutely ridiculous! The lobby is full, standing room only. There is no sense of urgency; staff is rude & lackadaisical. Ive never had to wait this long to pee in a damn cup. This seems to be an ongoing problem based on previous reviews. If you can avoid this place, do!!! 😠
This place is ridiculous! Preregistered? Doesnt matter! Customer Sevice? Nope! An inmate on death row would be kinder than these people. Hey....if youre that miserable, find a job you will enjoy and dont make the rest of us suffer!
DO NOT GO HERE, EVER. The will LIE about your results so they can charge your employer more money for multiple tests. They need to be out of business.
Their website to make an appointment didnt work for me and then I couldnt get ahold of anyone on the phone. However, when I just showed up unannounced (since I couldnt make an appt), they werent busy and were very friendly. I was in and out quickly.
The drs office sent off my daughters urine to this lab after issues with a different one. It took them 3 months to send us a bill and it was $191 for a urine test/culture/sensitivity. I called assuming they would offer a decent self-pay discount and was offered 15% off. That was the best they could do since I didnt pay in full at time of service (how could I when the dr sent off the labs?). Save yourself the hassle if you are a self pay patient and use another lab like CPL where you can get the same test done for around $70 through the dr office or $60 if you do it on site at one of their actual labs.
This is located on the 2nd floor of the Oakwood Surgery Center building. No signage on the glass sliding front door. Arrive early if you have an apportionment. I had to wait even though I made an appointment online 3 days ahead of time.
I dont like sign in process. Have to scan DL
Great place. People super friendly and polite....I really recommend
The staff is rude and they have zero customer service skills. They talk at you instead of to you, and fail to explain things, as if you know already
Interesting, it isnt for people, other than who works there.
I will say I was nervous to go to this location to get my drug screening done for my new employer based on the previous reviews however, the ladies that were working this afternoon were both super friendly and worked quickly. The only wait I had was them putting my information into the system to get the process going.
Asian lady in front horrible Attitude and sighs about patients under her breathe very unproffesional definetly will be speaking to manager.
Really recommend this Lab... They are very professional and friendly.
I always make an appointment at least a week in advance and still wait for 45 minutes . Staff is rude and unprofessional. Corporate should be embarressed by this location.
Lazy, Lazy, Lazy. Rude, Rude, Rude.Go any where else. If I knew it was this bad I would have sat in traffic for hours to go to any other location.Standing outside and watching grass grow is a more pleasant experience.
I called like for 2 hours to see if they took walkins they never answered the phone once I was there and told the reception why they dont answer the phone they said there where busy, there was 1 person in lobby.. they are horrible. .dont recommend this place for nothing. !! Been at other places for drug testing and this has been the worst !
I sat there for 45 mins with nobody even acknowledging me. I left. I guess I just won’t get my medically necessary test today.
Its clear they have a monopoly on the drug screen market. Watched them take 1 urinalysis about every 20 mins. Girls at the desk could care less. Not that hard to throw a piece of tape over a sample cup folks...
This is the worst Lab Corp I have ever visited. They are so rude and will not assist you in finding the lab orders, that were clearly faxed and sent to them.
Very very rude! 5 out 5 in rudeness.
With no appointment, I arrived at 12PM on a Monday for an employment drug test. I was out the door at 12:15. The hours say they are at lunch then, but that doesnt seem to be accurate.
Hateful people, horrible service! Unprofessional
I was on time for an appointment, they cant even keep their appointment times. Your time doesnt matter to them, and they can care less about their customers. Avoid this trash business like a plague. Id give zero stars if it was an option. This was a horrible experience.
This location does not accept drug screens after 3PM, the staff was nice enough to take me in even though it was 3 minutes past the hour. This should be posted on the online hours.
They are closed from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and when you check hours of operation, it states they are open from 8 a.m. 4 p.m.!!! Rude staff they dont let you sit an wait until 1 p.m. On their door they say they go to lunch from 12 to 1 p.m. but I was here at 11.15 a.m. and they said they are closed. I waited for 1 hour 45 minutes for their lazy staff.. Unacceptable
Very unprofessional, the 2 female staff today are acting unprofessional, playing inappropriate music and generally not acting like they are at work.
No responsible company let’s its employees treat people this way.
Dont answer the phones. Rushed over here to find out they stopped doing the test I needed done for a few hours..which if theyd answer the phones Id have known and not had to drive all the way there to find out.
Rude rude rude! Someone from Lab Corp leadership needs to come and visit this place
Waiting time here is insane. Was sitting here almost two hours for a drug test. Staff is lazy, keeps walking away or going on break. Truly ridiculous, go elsewhere.
Takes hours just to get in then theyll lie about your results. Drank one glass of water over an hour before the test an they said it was diluted. Happened to other people too. Go somewhere else even if its out of the way or youll waste hours of your time and it will look bad to your employer.
Worst drug screen place Ive been to.
Yep...worst Drug Screen Place...very rude always on cell phones...no water in waiting room...
Terrible. The staff spends more time turning people away to other locations than assisting patients.
Staff here is very rude to everyone and the wait time is very long you can wait 3+ hours
Rudest staff I have ever witnessed
Worst experience, the staff is rude and very inefficient
Extremely rude staff
Wait time too long
