Excellent customer service! I called ahead to check stock and price on an item, the girl at the counter had quoted the price wrong over the phone, when I came by to pick up the item she was so awesome to honor the price she had quoted over the phone!

David, the store manager, helped me and my girlfriend tremendously. He not only politely answered many questions about prices for renting, rent to own, and just a full purchase. He went out of his way to search at other locations for the violin that best suited us. He ended up finding one and putting it on hold for us to make our purchase later in the day. Much thanks to David and his great customer service! Will be coming back in the future for supplies and new instruments from this great experience.

Very bad retort policy. COSTUMER SERVIS NOT WILLING TO HELP IN THIS SITUATION stores closed and they even cant stop or freeze payments.I paid off account and trying to return instrument,and they teleng me I will be charged till store will open!!! Never will go back to this place.Thank you!!!!

Quick to sign you up for a rental plan but good luck trying to return it without a hassle. Took 1 year of run around & being hung up on before returning to store. Now I still get phone calls saying I havent returned it because the computer system has malfunctioned & they want me to pay $400 or send it to 3rd party collections. Even calling the store to figure out what the heck is going on they put it off to oh I will have my district manager call you not going to hold my breath. Also not going to pay for an instrument that I havent had. Please find a local place & not a corporate screw you over place.

They know how to screw their customers. Contracts suck and the teachers there are underpaid. Save your money and dont ever shop at this store. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU JUST TO TAKE YOUR MONEY!
